Booking and coordination: 1. The Administrator Ms. Gertrude was very accommodating, she doesn't respond quickly but its always with in 24 hours we get a valuable answer. The day before the check-in she will provide you with the complete details and suggestion to make the registration and trip process to be more efficient. 2. Ate Maricel our care taker was also good as she handed over the unit after cleaning exactly during the stated check in time UNIT: 1. the unit I reserved was a studio type having 2 queen size bed 2. complete kitchen appliances and utensils 3. Bathroom was also clean and just right for a family of four 4. Balcony has a lavatory to wash the clothes after swimming and provided with area and hanger to hang your wet clothes. it also has a garden seat enough to seat 4 people to chill out after a full day of roaming around the area Over all the stay was great my family enjoyed the trip... Pros: The unit was ready and clean when we arrived, caretaker was easy to talk to. Facilities of the whole resort was excellent, all of the staff around the resort were friendly and accommodating. Cons: Host Gee was not very responsive to inquiries. We emailed and messaged her through viber our inquiries but she would answer only after three to five days and that’s because we sent her tons of emails already. We were first timers at Pico De Loro and she gave vague instructions on how we go about the registration and authorization letter from the unit owner. We were only given the contact number of the caretaker a few hours before we check in and only after we bugged her to give the number to us. Very limited food choices in the resort and prices were too expensive for the small serving sizes of the dishes.

Not worth your hard earned money”
When I booked this room, it was not mentioned that there is a guest fee that I need to pay. The owner did not send the instructions to until the check in day. It was very obvious that it was hidden, no more chance to cancel the booking. Not worth it, very expensive. Also the unit is not well maintained, the tiles where the toilet bowl is situated are leaking. The fridge is also not working. Some of our food got spoiled.Lastly the care take is not responsive thru text messages, you need to call them! Very disappointing.

The contact person listed on this unit is not very responsive and accommodating. It was easier to talk to the caretaker. The bathroom didnt have a bidet too.

Review for the Condo Unit & Pico de Loro resort”
1BR : The unit has enough space than I expected. Aside from the bed which can fit 2 adults & 1 kid, there is the sofa with a pull out bed, theu have 2 extra bed also which you can find easily for extra guests. Complete with kitchen wares with dish washing liquid and fridge is functioning well. My only comment is the faucets hot water in the shower area is not working enough if I remember well. The blankets in the bed are also a little bit wet. But to be fair since it is peak season there is not much enough time to really clean the room from one guests to another. Nevertheless the condo unit meet all our needs during our stay. Another good point is you can contact/chat the owner easily and replies as soon as she can. The caretakes was also very polite. **** While pico de loro beach resort on the other hand I do not recommend for family with young children. The place is crowded maybe becuase its peak season but I thought they are very strict so they should do crowd control. The place is not that clean also. It is expensive enough to pay for the rent in a condo unit plus guest fee so they should meet the expectation of the guests. The food is pricey yet not delicious. And bring gym/running outfit or play at the sports area or else you will really get bored.
