Everything you need at a fraction of a price”
We love our stay here. Everything we need is available and accessible. Place is clean and big for the 3 of us which I love because I have a very active toddler. Water heater is not working though during our stay, but we didn't bother to tell the caretaker since the water isn't too cold naman for bath. We love that water for drinking is provided. Transaction and communication is good. Will definitely recommend this to everyone. Suggestion : Maybe extra trash bags, and spare key (with caretaker just in case). We lost our key but found it at the front door. But before that, I asked the caretaker if there's anything we can do, but sad he doesn't have a spare key. Overall, definitely a great stay! :)

The place was great and very affordable. It was clean and well kept, also its a large space for 4 people so we were very comfortable during our stay. Also, our caretaker was very helpful. I highly recommend this unit.

Clean and Cozy!”
Absolutely clean and cozy! This is a corner unit so I would say this is a bit quiet compared to the inner ones. You also have everything that you need for cooking. During our stay, the internet connection was slow so we ended up using our own mobile connectivity (hotspot). I don't know if it's always like that, but don't let this stop you from staying here as there's more good things here than the internet connection. Location wise, the unit is a bit far from the beach, but you can always catch the service that roams around the resort. Besides, it's good walk ya? :) The owner sent me everything that I need for the check-in/check-out so it was smooth. I would definitely book this place again should we decide to come back to Pico De Loro. Thank you dear for letting us stay in your unit!

The owner of unit was very accommodating, her place was nice and cozy, we did not encounter any problem with our stay. There’s a convenience store in the country club but with limited stocks so better bring everything with you like food, water and toiletries. Seeing the beach front is breath taking! Clean shore line and welcoming staffs everywhere... we enjoy every minute of our stay here at Pico De Loro and we will definitely return in this private resort soon.

Fit for our family”
The place is very clean, highly functional and spacious enough for our family of four. Many amenities and features were so useful to us: wifi, tv, rack for hanging wet clothes, stools at the balcony, slippers, fan, sockets for our gadgets, oven toaster, microwave oven, stove, cold and hot water dispenser, water heater at the shower, ref, pans, and other kitchenware and many others.

The unit is beautiful, complete with kitchen appliances, utensils and free water. Just bring additional water since there is no store near by, also the unit is well maintained and very clean. Very ideal for a family of 6.

Maliit lang yung space pero yung cleanliness, amen kami. Yung mga utilities, hindi ka mandidiring gamitin. Ang ganda ng cr, nakakatuwa. Though yung space hindi sya ganun okay para sa 6, 4 is better. Kulang din ang unan for 6 peeps. Kitchen, okay, maganda, maliit nga lang. And table is for 4 pax lang. Caretaker, nakakatuwa. Ang bait po. May provided drinking water and tissue. In trrms ng location, malapit sya sa country club, kung trip nyo swimming pool, ganda ng location nito.

Bonifacio Unit Experience”
We had a problem with the booking. We arrive at the resort at 5:10pm. The caretaker was not informed that we will arrive. We have to wait for an hour or so since the caretaker is from the town proper. The unit is clean. Some appliances (rice cooker and hot and cold shower) were not working. But in general, I will surely comeback and recommend this unit.
