Avoid Unit 609B Myna Building”
Location-wise, it was great. Any unit you would stay in, anyway, is within the resort premises so it doesn’t really matter where you would be put in. Owner was very accomodating and helpful. Resort facilities per se is great. Although wifi could have been provided in the unit itself. Although the resort was great, the unit itself lacked cleanliness. The photos in the advertisment did not reflect the true look and condition of the unit. The linens smelled like it came out of the closet after a year of hibernation. The bed sheet had stains and hairs in areas. The sliding door to the balcony was broken. So safety-wise, the unit did not feel too secure both as to my person and to my personal belongings. The cooking pots, pans and utensils were rusty so I would suggest you bring your own. Finally, the clincher, the dish sponge and sponge/soap holder had maggots on it. All in all, I don’t recommend stay in this unit (609B Myna Bldg). Or if placed in this unit, request for another.

Check-in was somewhat on the difficult side because we had to talk to 3 different people before we were able to get inside the unit. For the unit itself: there were NO tissue papers provided! NO toiletries. Wifi was very slow. Hot water was not working and while some of the basic amenities were available, everything was cheap. Blankets were very thin. The mattress was too hard. They have very strict house rules, some ridiculous (50pesos for towel rental). Owner lacks a sense of friendliness during inquiries. Still, we enjoyed the beach. Pico de loro staff was very courteous. Parking was free but Hotel food was bad and expensive. Overall I would rate it a generous 2/5 stars.

VERY UNTIDY PLACE!”
I choose this kasi maganda sa picture yung place pero yung bngay samin na unit is ibang iba. Hnd comfy bed. Madumi utensil, no wifi, no cable tv, madilim sa gabi yung room kasi maliit na ceiling fan lng ang ilaw, may leak yung cr kaya nababasa yung rug sa toilet. Bed has bed bugs. 2 single bed na naka L shape with pull out but hnd bago yung beddings. It also desnt look and feel sanitized.
