Over all the place is super nice. The unit is clean though the internet was very slow that we almost didn’t use it while we were there and i hope they will put hot water in the shower. But i will still highly recommend the place.

The rent we paid is too high to think that we were not able to enjoy our stay as we were worried about our safety during our stay there as we cannot leave the place without any person guarding our things. We cannot close the sliding door at the terrace as its lock is broken; the screen door is also for repair so it was not on place; the window at the kitchen is also broken in that we were even the one who taped newspapers there as cover. There were flies entering our unit as there's a trash bin outside and there screen door is still for repair. I hope the unit owner can have said sliding door and screen door at the terrace and windows fixed and have grills place on the windows at the kitchen to secure the place.
