Multiple pool areas for a range of ages and swiming skills. Slides and climbing features well designed for children fun and safety. Covered picnic areas located to provide views of the pools. Several long complex (fast) slidesl apeal to more thrill seekers. Many items on the restrant menu were unavailable.

I liked the rooms and the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. The problem was that the cell phone signal was very weak and the hotel did not have WIFI strong enough to work in the room I stayed in. If they had good WIFI I would stay there again but without it, I would not.

After a couple of hours swimming in the pool, my eyes got red... and it is itchy.. maybe due to the chlorine they have used or whatever.. Will not go back here..

we went already a few years to the pineapple resort for the only reason that no other location is available. the rooms are small but clean but this time we faces a few problems. Every day the water was disconnected by the staff and we have to ask for turn-on the water. Sometimes electricity is off, and the internet connection is in the rooms on the end of the gallary very weak. The park is mismanaged by a leak of not visible management. The restaurant is closed, perhaps because of the season and you can only order dishes in advance what is not always so convenient. Another point is that " the resort" . is used by local people who can make noise till 23.00 pm and also allowed to make barbeque down under your room instead of using backward location of the park to avoid disturbion of smoke coming into the room. the main problem is, no management, and faillure of service and facilities what make us decide to check out halfway our holiday and to go back to Manilla to enjoy facilities

Worst stay ever!!!”
The wifi doesn’t reach the second floor, only first floor by the front desk or around the pool area. The shower was broken and we had to call them to fix the tv. Bathroom window glass was broken and letting in all the mosquitoes. The door to the room also had a gap-fairly large letting in bugs. Aircon was not adequate enough for the room. People on the top level in our room where still hot. They showed up the next morning when we were checking out with a complimentary breakfast for us because of all the issues. The manager was no where to be seen. We were given a lot of excuses as to how busy the manager was or that they weren’t coming until a certain time. Also while we were there, there was a wedding. Extremely loud that we ended up leaving and coming back later after it was all over. If you know there is a wedding planned why not say you are sold out? Save the people wanting to stay there the noisy people from the wedding party. Had I known there was a wedding we would not have stayed here. Staff was nonexistent when we had questions. Without going into the wedding we could find no one.

Poor hotel facilities ”
Location is far from the center of te town. There’s no available car rental or transportation contact from the front office to assist guest. We don’t have water supply from the moment we check in until 9pm! I suggested to the staff to Transfer us to the lower that has water supply to solve the issue. But unfortunately the room that we got was smelly, water supply was so little it took forever to fill the bucket. We can’t ever use the shower due to water pressure is not good. TV is not working too.

This place should be taken off agoda. It once would have been great, but it all but finished now. Pool so dirty you can't see the bottom. Had to try 3rooms to get a hot shower Restaurant is lights out, we the only one dining there and very limited menu as no-one is eating there. Owners have run this place I to the ground. Don't book here.

The resort is simple and normal as I expected, the swimming pool was big with attentive life guards but the slides was not all available to use. Our room was spacious and clean ( SienaA) however there was no TV signal during our stay, no wifi connection and the small ref was not working. Management should review and update thier website (post amenities/facilities that is true and guest can enjoy in the resort to avoid dissapointment). They can also add proper grill area for thier guests. Cleaners are very helpful and attentive and we really appreciate Christine's hospitality and help to all our needs throughout our stay. Overall we had a great experience at Pineapple Island Resort.

beautifull nature”
This resort a bit outside of Daet has an outstandind setup , a small paradise with lots of plants, trees, flowers, small lake etc. A couple of swimming pools various sizes and deepness. Service is adequate but Restaurant closes already at 9 pm. Rooms are clean but simple, TV did not work and no WiFi and no Mobile signal. Recommend for families to enjoy and relax in a peaceful and quiet Environment.

Out of Town Oasis”
Very enjoyable stay. It's a bit far out of Daet, maybe 10 mins by trike (100 pesos). And yet it is good being so remote. It has a good bar and restaurant with a good variety of flipino food some which can cater for Western tastes (You're in a remote province remember). Fantastic big lagoon style pool with 2 big water slides and 2 easy ones for kids who can swim. Great kid's pool separate from lagoon pool also has a kid's slide. Only there nights. A week there would just about have all the stress out of you're system. No Internet and cell phone signal outside only. But that can be a good thing too! Staff are fabulous. Friendly, helpful, prompt to attend to requests. If you want to escape the rat race, this could be the place.

Bicol Get Away”
Good facilities and wide area for parking although location a bit far from the city proper of Daet around 15-20 minutes drive, a bit lacking in customer service, no staff for routine cleaning of the room as well as to refresh the daily supplements that come with the booking. I am calling the number provided in the booking to request for room service the following day but nobody answered the phone. There is no landline phone inside the room and the intercom installed inside the room was not working.
