Pinehurst Suites is strategically situated in Legazpi City and accessible to transport, malls, church and restaurants. The condo owners are accommodating. I would just like to suggest to include water, both hot and cold in the room as part of their amenities. This is one that is lacking in the room. And also, I suggest they provide all the is due to the guests e.g. soap, shampoo, etc. and not wait for the guest to ask for it. It was very unfortunate that during my stay, there was an intermittent power interruption that made an inconvenience in staying inside the room. One thing that is also good in the place is Mayon Volcano can be spotted from my room which is a very pleasant view. I hope when I come back in Legazpi City, Pinehurst Suites will have its improvement in terms of amenities for I see it as an accommodation with a great future.

Great Location”
I love how all jeepneys pass through the street where it is located because I got lost a lot when I went to Legazpi. It is a little bit far from the city center which is fine because the places I went to were mostly outside Legazpi. Staff were accommodating. I arrived at around 8 am, a couple of hours befire check in time. They asked me if I'd like to take the room without TV in it. It was fine with me so I got to rest a bit before getting lost in Legazpi in the afternoon. The bathroom was clean, the bed though is a little bit uncomftabe. The food... well, I love Jollibee so... Yeah, I loved it. I just wish there was some sort of table and chair set up though since they were offering food for breakfast and there is no dining hall anywhere in the building.

Pinehurst is a nice place to stay when in Legazpi. The place is neat clean and accessible. The place is also quiet and has a homey ambience. Come with free breakfast and a reliable staff. I just hope there was a bidet.

felt a bit upset on our first day stay...”
i was upset on our first day arrival at the hotel, cos after coming from almost 15 hours drive going to legazpi,albay- bicol with my children, we were all tired and sleepy, we were expecting that we'll finally find comfort in pinehurst... only to find out that our accommodation was given to someone else... i don't know... i think there was a double booking.how could this be.. when i made an early booking.. a month earlier so we'll not experience this thing. upon arrival, the staff is giving us a room on the ground floor, in lieu of the room that i choose, cos according to him there's no more room available, and said there's a mistake in the booking and they are giving the room for free on the 1st day and promised that we'll get the room where we were supposedly booked, on the 2nd day. the room they temporarily gave us is only good for 1 person with 1 extra bed that i requested. we are 4 to fit in that small room, with no air conditioning unit, shower is "out of order", oh, my gosh!! this is a nighmare!! what can we do? we can't transfer to other hotels anymore cos it's late night, and other hotels are fully booked already cos it's holy week! my family has been travelling in and out of the country so many times,i always use agoda and i trust it and have recommended it with friends, but this is the first time we experienced it with this pinehurst suites, i hope this won't happen again in our future bookings... for me and other customers too. thanks!

When we arrived at Legazpi, hindi alam ng tryke and jeepney drivers yung Pinehurst so yung landmark niya is yung De Vera Inst. Tech. para mas madali hanapin. Medyo magkatapat lang sila. Para siyang condo type. Walang elevator so more buhat pag marami kang baggage. Yung room namin is for 4pax. Okay naman, maluwag yung room. Yung cr okay din wala nga lang tabo for you know. Tissue lang. Hehe. Nag improvise nalang kami ng tabo gamit ang mineral water bottle.

If you want to go to Cagsawa Ruins, Kawakawa Hills, or Legazpi City (Centro), you can ride a jeep from there since the hotel is along the highway. Also, the place is clean. It is perfect for couple and backpackers. However, when we stayed, there was blackout for 2 hours... there were no generator intended for the rooms, only for the hallways.

although the hotel lacks the modern ambiance and that some facilities/services are absent such as ref, intercom, 24 hour front desk personnel, restaurant and room attendant, the facility excel in other ways: Security (main entrance is through bio-metric lock); Location (very accessible from airport to Daraga and Legazpi City); Serene (despite its location, the place is quite and perfect to relax); Courteous and accomodating personnel; Super clean and the price was affordable....

Booked this hotel for our guests. The location is very good. Easy to take the jeepney to Legazpi or Daraga. It's quiet and clean. Furnished with the basics and provides Jollibee breakfast daily. Great value for money.

Good location, difficult to spot”
Our stay in Pinehurst Suites was uneventful. We didn't experience anything bad during our stay there. We like the fact that you have to do a thumbprint scan to enter the main gate. But we had a problem on the locks of our room. We cannot do a double lock. Although please note that the door cannot be opened from the outside without a key so it is fairly safe. If we have to go back to Legazpi, we will consider staying here again

The location is very good. It is near the tourist spots in legazpi. You have an easy access to the public transportation too. Their breakfast is Jollibee. Yay! The staff are very helpful and accomodating. Their rooms are basic. It's not fancy and may not be appealing to some, but you get what you pay for. This hotel is good for those who are looking for a budget room at a prime location.

We had a great time at the hotel. It had a rooftop where you can have a breath taking view of the Mayon volcano...everyday i went up there to check for the perfect cone shape of Mayon...on our second day i was able to see it and took a photo of it...the hotel is safe because the gate will only open if you have your fingerprint saved and you can go out whenever you want without disturbing the staff...it also means that you don't have a curfew...it's very accessible since it's along the highway...i will definitely book again in this hotel...-

We booked a studio room just for an overnight stay. The room is spacious and clean. I love also how comfy is the bed. The hotel is located along the major highway in Legazpi so its accessible anywhere. We are feel safe also on their biometrics access and key card in room.

Clean and secure”
The studio room we stayed in was very neat and clean. The airconditioning was cool enough, the bed okay. There was a wardrobe for clothes, a small dining table, a spick and span kitchenette (albeit devoid of cutlery and coffee-making facilities), cable TV, hot water for showering, bath towels, soap and shampoo (nothing fancy). There was biometric access to the property and keycard access to the unit. Very quiet, too. The bathroom was missing a bidet, though, and the shower curtain had seen better days. There were short power outages during our stay; the generator did not power the air conditioner. We liked it a lot because it was adequate for what we needed - a place to stay for two nights while we finished the business we had in the area. It was perfectly located for our purposes. We could leave the car and, from right in front of the property, ride a jeepney to wherever we needed to be in Old Albay and Legazpi. Great value, too. Inclusive of Jollibee breakfast for two.

Fair enough for a budget hotel”
My stay in this hotel is just fine as I'm really looking for a place to stay that is near to Bicol University. The room that was assigned to me has an overlooking view of Mt. Mayon which I really appreciate. I will recommend this to those who are on a tight budget yet wanted to have a secure and comfortable stay in Legazpi City.

the hotel is very conveniently located in old Albay, on a min road making transportation a piece of cake. all Jeeps and tricycles pass right in front of it. and its a mere 10 minute drive to Legaspi center which is fantastic. rooms are small and very basic, in need of some upgrading, as the rest of the hotel. however price does reflect that. fast food breakfast is provided daily which is ok. AC and cable tv is available is all rooms. staff are extremely friendly and helpful. if u need anything just ask Richard. the hotel is a very good spot to stay for someone who is not planing to spent much time in the room. and it has a fantastic view of the Mayon Volcano and the lignon Hill. i cant say its the best place i ever staid in for its rating, however considering the rate i paid cannot complain. it was a great value for money.

A condotel type of inn, were happy that we choose to stay here the studio unit is enough for two it was well kept and clean,staffs are courteous, accessible to supermarkets and transportation it's like staying at home, safe and secure they use bio-metrics,and breakfast served by jollibee. Great view of Mayon at 2nd floor, wifi signal is weak at our room, i recommend this place for those travelers in budget it worth the price better than staying in a filthy and dirty inn. I suggest that they provide a phone, ref and a set of kettle and cup.

Condo-type accomodation”
Breakfast each day will be delivered really early, like at 7am, by a delivery boy from Jollibee. We stayed in this hotel for 8 nights and it's great value for money. Each morning when we wake up, first thing we do is to checkout the volcano from our window. Gorgeous view from the room! It's also very accessible to public transpo. Just outside the hotel are jeepneys and tricycles. Room is like a studio type condo unit, you have your own dining table. Bed is so comfortable, thick mattress. Downside is they don't clean up your room, unless requested. There's not even a "make up room" sign w/c u can hang by your door. You have to request for a new towel/sheets w/c they kindly provide upon request. Wifi is poor, you have to come closer to the lobby area.

No wifi and the cable for the tv but its not really a big deal for me since we are out the whole day and we just needed a place to stay at night. The place is very accessible to public transportation. They provide toiletries and towels and they serve Jollibee products for breakfast. will still consider booking this place again.
