Beautiful apartments but inconsiderate patrons ”
Very nice … but a few inconsiderate neighbours in stair wells and allowing their children to scream the place down at all hours. Please consider others in common areas.

The stairs were a lot as we were on the top floor, 4 flights of stairs but I was aware of this prior to booking. Happy with the unit plenty of room for 5 adults. Didn't use the pool or other facilities. Close to shops, restaurants and market.

Stayed with extended family in 4brm apartment. Plenty of space and huge shower heads. Close to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. Easy parking for large 4wd (often difficult in Canberra). No elevators - stair access only. Would definitely stay again.

Roomy and value for money”
We've stayed at 2 x 4 bedrooms apartment on the Labour Day long weekend. The hotel is quite roomy and with 2-bathrooms, laundry and a full kitchen with dish washer so it was great for our families.

Great apartment for family outing”
We had the 4-BR apartment at the pinnacle and it was just perfect for the whole family. The facilities are nice especially the fully equipped kitchen. We don't need to go out for lunch or dinner since we can cook anything at the apartment. The rates are very affordable and the location is just a few minutes drive from the city centre. The staffs are very nice too.

Great Family Accomodation”
Thanks to the great staff that made our stay as comfortable as possible. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen appeared well equipped (although we actually didn't end up cooking). The location was perfect for us as we were visiting relatives in the area. Will definitely return here for our next stay in Canberra :-)

Great place for a large family. massive 3 bedroom apartment with everything you could possibly need. Had a spa in the bathroom but the jets did not work. A second TV in the main bedroom would be a great addition too. Great location, close to shops & restaurants and a short drive to all the tourist spots in Canberra.

Everything the business traveller needs”
The apartments are convenient for the Canberra Kingston area business traveller, rooms are sizeable and clean, and restaurants located in the area provide a good selection of foods. All good and have stayed there many times before.

Disappointing in a word”
Firstly, we were extremely disappointed to discover that Pinnacle Apartments do not have a lift and then to find that we had to struggle, with suitcases and more, up 29 steps to our unit. Upon entry we found that the unit was very poorly furnished and that the sliding glass door was filthy while the balcony had debris and leaves and had obviously not been swept for some considerable time. The lounge sofas were quite simply awful and we hesitated to even use them. The kitchen was poorly equipped and the single frying pan was scratched and dirty. However the unit had recently been painted so the walls were clean and there were plenty of blankets and adequate heating. The location was the reason we chose these apartments and this was excellent. Shops and dining were within easy walking distance and the galleries, Houses of Parliament and Floriade were only a five minute car trip away. There are better apartments nearby!
