Best location , good quality for room service and helpful staff ”
I booked this hotel because of the swimming pool and did not expect much from its but it came out incredibly. the location only a few minutes walking to the Sunplaza where you catch the train to Muong Hoa station and Fansipan legend , close to Red Dzao restaurant where you should try the local food and in the centre where you want to watch the traditional dance. The room is so nice,fresh and clean with full options for complimentary. One of the best things about this hotel is the customer service of the reception staff, especially Robert who was really helpful during my staying . He helped us for booking the tickets, taxi ,laundry, consulted about activities and places where we should visit especially pricing for each service before starting the trip. Very nice experience from this hotel. We definitely pay a visit for this hotel if we come back to Sapa again.

Was initially attracted by its name. But realised Hotel Pistachio was packed with vitality and great energy!! Room is clean and spacious, staff are all friendly and warm, always ready to help and most importantly - food is great and affordable! I am planning a trip again in Jan 2024 and definitely will stay with Hotel Pistachio again!! Also - the valley view room - view is phenomenal!!

The hotel located in good location, you can walk to Sunplaza only 3 mins. and also close to downtown. Staff was very nice expectually Ms.Chau 💖 She mad our first stay in VN turn to positive mode from all the tried traveling. The hotel also clean and BF had many options for us. Unluckily the weather was so foggy we cant see anything. So we have to go back next time and will stay in this hotel for sure!! 💖

This was an amazing hotel Book it! Room:We got a deluxe double and it was upgraded to the one with the balcony on the 10th floor with a view!!!!It was clean , had AC, the bathtub was amazing for soaking and is a shower as well.The bed was comfy and I love the decoration. Grounds:I can not even begin to say how perfect the infinity pool was!!The views are everything it’s so picturesque.It’s maintained very well and we had it to ourselves.Its right next to the restaurant so drinks can be brought over and they also have floating baskets for breakfast!!!There is also a pool down stairs that can be used in every season. The spa was amazing,I did the herbal bath and massage and it was perfect. Staff:Everyone we ran into was extremely helpful and accommodating.Super professional!!They helped with luggage, made sure we were picked up and taken where we needed to go.Ms.Chau is the best she made my son and I feel so comfortable and the whole experience was amazing because of her attentiveness. I love love love love love Pistachio hotel !!!!! Thank you So much for an unforgettable experience!!!

Exceptional”
Reception staff are alert really and approachable. They are very warm welcoming and kind-hearted. They even upgraded our room to a mountain-view which made our experience even more surreal and amazing. The room is amazing, the food is great like one of the best and the amenities like the pools and the karaoke, like you don't need to go out of the hotel everything there. I hope to come back here soon. I do really recommend!

Very good service and best view”
We travel from Hanoi via night bus and arrived hotel in early morning. Unfortunately the hotel were fully booked so we cannot do early check- in but staff allow us to use the shower at the pool and provided towel and very helpful. We also got room upgrade for one of the two rooms we booked which the view is spectacular. The rooftop pool is quite crowded on sunny day need to queue up for photo spot. The room is very clean and spacious worth for the price.

Located just a stone’s throw from the busy town centre of Sapa, the hotel is situated in a quieter street lined with really good food options (Chusu/ Romantic Restaurants) and some massage options. The facilities were well maintained and the staff always had a lovely smile to offer 😃 it was a great stay!

Absolutely worth the money!”
The hotel is located in a perfect spot close enough to the city center but tucked away with great views. It's 700 ms walk or so to the city center. The rooms are spic and span and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They gave us a free upgrade with a superior view balcony. The room was comfortable and very large. The bathroom is a little small but very clean. The restaurant served delicious food albeit a little expensive but apt for the kind of hotel. Don't miss the breakfast and the gorgeous infinity pool! The lobby cinnamon tea is so good and there's a lovely sky bar.

New, clean, amazing view”
Enjoyed my stay tremendously. Room is extremely clean, well equipped and bed is so comfortable. Took a nice swim in the indoor pool ( heated) after returning from 2 days of trekking . Would love to swim in the sky pool at level 12 but the water was too cold. Nonetheless, enjoyed the amazing views from there. Staff were all very helpful and welcoming with a smile on their faces at all times. Ms Chau, guest relations manager upgraded my superior room to a deluxe room when I checked in for my first night. Did a homestay on my 2nd night and was pleasantly surprised when I returned to Pistachio hotel with another free room upgrade, this time to an executive suite! Both rooms are spacious with fantastic views of the mountains. Would definitely return to this hotel the next time I come to Sapa.

The hotel is well placed for restaurants in the city & Sunplaza. The hotel buffet for breakfast was nice. The hotel staff are friendly and attentive. The maids, after they cleaned my room, they put the weather information for the next date on my bed. even small things, but it was very impressive.

Beautiful mountain view”
I arrived early but the staff helped me with early check-in. The room was beautiful, spacious, clean, with a balcony and a mountain view. The 12th floor has a beautiful infinity pool, but the water was a bit cold. The breakfast buffet was complete with both Asian and European dishes. The bar only opens until 11pm, but they offer room service for drinks. The massage area on the 1st floor is quiet, with good service, but a bit expensive. The indoor pool is warm, but can only accommodate 3 people at a time.

Most delicious dining and overall Experience ”
We have been traveling in the last year to many places for business, leisure, and this hotel has almost the whole package! Usually, hotel dining is pricey, not exactly delicious for what you pay for, portions are like a kids' meal, and the variety is minimal! But this hotel has the best food by far that we didn’t go out to dine! This dining award goes to the chef of Pistachio Sapa Hotel! The restaurant team were very friendly and made us feel so welcome; great conversation with Đau Ma. The guest service team are exceptionally professional, hospitable, and very informative…our thanks to Châu! One thing that we didn’t care for that is out of the hotel's control is the noise behind the hotel. Apparently, there are some major repairs being made on the land and the noise was continuous and annoying! Although we were on the 10th floor, it was still audible. The noise would stop maybe at 10:00 pm and start again at 5:30 am. With that said, you may want to request to be in a room opposite of that side, which faces the mountains. Yet, the city view is just as beautiful❤️ Thank you Pistachio Sapa Hotel!

Pleasant Stay at Pistachio”
We stayed in Pistachio for 2 nights. The hotel is pretty nicely decorated, centrally located, and you can easily go sightseeing around in a few mins. Thank you Robert Tran for helping of arrangement and setup the room, and thank you to the front desk lady for the lovely gift when we checked out (Sorry that we forgot to ask for your name). Generally, it was a pleasant stay. Will definitely recommend this place.

Convenient location with superb views”
Welcome tea was served when we arrived, and we were given an upgrade to the deluxe room which was really spacious and huge. The balcony offered scenic views of the mountain. Hotel facilities were impressive, there is an infinity pool on the top floor (12th floor) overlooking the mountains which is good for photos, a 4 seasons swimming pool (1st floor) which was heated and a gym (1st floor). Hotel location was convenient and about 5-10mins walk to Sapa station. Hotel staff was friendly and helped with booking of taxis and tours.

Exceptional”
Hotel location ‘s good just take 5 min to the downtown by walk. We arrived the hotel in early morning then drop our luggages there for going out some food and walking around. It’s good. There’s the lady staff , she ‘s very very friendly and helpful. She help us to do the early checkin around noon , help and suggest many thing. She alway keep contact and help to all guests. It ‘s reasons why I let the hotel get 5 star for my review.

The hotel is quite clean, I'm allergic to dust, but for this hotel after having a chance to stay I can guarantee it's friendly to dust allergies like me😂😂 🚶🏻🏃🏻 The service is very good. On the day of check-out, I forgot my things but did not receive any contact. Fortunately, I was still in Sapa for another night. So I went to contact myself but the staff did their best to help me find my forgotten items. 💯💯But overall I highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast is delicious with a variety. The pool is very nice but I went at the end of December, the water was cold like the North Pole (rooftop pool).

We had a great stay at this hotel. Breathtaking view of the mountain from our room. Room was spacious and facilities were very nice. Staff were very helpful and our stay here was very pleasant. Pool on rooftop was the star of the show, just be prepared to sit in freezing water for that Instagram shot you want.

Amazing view ”
Booked a Premium Deluxe room on the 11th floor, had an amazing view although sadly visibility was poor with the fog for a couple of days! Room was spacious and frequently cleaned multiple times a day. Service was also very kind as they allowed us to use the pool shower facilities after checking out and prior to our night bus. Will be back in a season with better visibility :)

Wonderful experience. Large room and beautiful mountain view. Can see sunrise from the hotel. A very short walk to the city centre of Sapa and Cable car station. About 400m only. Special mention of the chief concierge, Chou. She helped us a lot in our transport to Hanoi Airport on the last day of our stay. She helped us liaise with the transport company - there is a delay due to vehicle hiccup. Throughout our stay, the restaurant staff, security and porter are all very pleasant and courteous. Highly recommended to stay in this hotel.
