Home away from home....”
I love this hotel. Very cool staff. Excellent location near everything, great bed, good internet and TV. Gym could be a lot better with any type of machine or weights, but there is a 24 HR fitness directly across the street. I stay here any time I'm in the area and will continue to stay there. Highly recommended. Good value for the money.

Best Pool and Hot Tub”
The Plaza Hotel Provided me and my family with excellent entertainment. The children splashed in the pool for hours. While my Husband and I enjoyed every second of the Hot tube. My stay here was much needed!

Large decent hotel. It was very active when I stayed.. firetrucks and EMT one night. and then tons of cops the next. Lots of people hanging around outside the building. could use some updating

Very nice lobby & room for the price. Front desk staff seemed confused & were a bit slow figuring out which rooms were available. Hallways on 4th floor had bad oder & rooms are not very sound proof.

Overall good but location and clientele made what was good not so good”
Overall, the staff was extremely friendly. The room was clean and spacious but the bathroom lacked in the update part and some mold was present in the bath tub. What made my stay less attractive was the clients of the hotel. On our last night, a lady (I'm guessing) tried her card to open the door (at 2am) and it did not work. Once again I'm guessing but she sounded drunk. She banged in her door while talking extremely loud. She banged up in her door like a mad lady until 3h30 when the police finally showed up and took care of the situation. Needless to say that I did not sleep that night and the hotel did not do a follow up with the situation to ensure our satisfaction.

for accidental reasons that prevent me to go to Miami i could enjoy that hotel and give an objective”
as i could go profit about that hotel for accidental reasons ( missing flight because train delayed for bomb alert in Paris airport). agreeing critical custommers telling that hotel seems old fashion and old in theory i did really enjoy the commercial politic of that hotel proposing dwelling at a very competitive price. they just asked me 36 euros with agoda reservation system and even as french knowing the prices of hotel there strengthes is to propose very interessting promotion for people with tighted budget like me. it is the only congratulation i can make to them as i did not enjoy any dwelling there. They are also vey flexible with late paiement and it is not all hotels which works like this. it is alsoa good point. Now about conditions of living there as i could join this place it would be unhonest from me to give a fake opinion about a place where i did not lived

Not so clean in the room, there were ants on the table, and residue of weed between the doors”
The hotel has a good location, but the rooms seems like a lot of days that it was clean up, there was ants on the table and the coffemaker, also when opening the connecting doors we found some residue of weed, and in the gangway it smells like there are smoking weed, not so great when you travelling with kids.

The hotel is in a decent location. They are currently doing refurbishment. The new manager from Illionois is trying her best. Shame I can't say the same for those Jamaican women who works front office. Shakira is very brass and her mannerism uncouth and cold. If you ever check in please ask for Bianca or Stacy and they will treat you with dignity. The housekeeping staff is a touch and go depending on which day you get them in a good mood

The room are not so clean, between the connecting doors were not clean and we find some residue of smoked weed and also when my kid move the coffeemaker there was some ants. It was like the room is closed for days without cleaning it.

If the hotel says no smoking in the rooms then no smoking but the fact you smell it in the hallways nothing but weed and its not fair the ones who dont zmoke didnt get they deposit back because Of that ... Also if they required a deposit they have that on the app . Also have more channel on the tv . I only had a few channel ...... I dont i will be goin bac there due to fact no microwave or fridge in the room and i had a king bed ...

DIRTY, NASTY. UNCLEAN PLACE. HAD SO MANY PROBLEMS AND THEN PAID FOR A MIRCOWAVE BUT NEVER GOT TO USED IT CAUSE IT RAN OUT OF THEM.. PEOPLW DOING NASTY THINGS IN FRONT OF KIDS.. DIRTY ROOMS. FECES ON THE TOLIET.. RUDE MAIDS. NO TOWELS AND I WOULD NOT GIVE NO ONE ADVICE TO GET A ROOM THERE.. I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE ZERO PLUS

The outside and lobby look nice but my room was a bit run down . The man working the front was more courteous than the 3 ladies I dealt with. A $200 deposit is required and my night stand was missing the drawer, the dresser was missing the outside of 1 of the drawers, ironing board but no iron, broken outlet cover Pros: good hot water, good size room, microwave, in room safe and an outside lounge area with a pool.
