This hotel is located in a shopping street with many restaurant and night life.. I stay here for one night because this hotel easy for me to taking mrt early morning... Just walking distance to train station, absolutely will come again for next visit.

Small hotel room with great location”
Staff was very friendly, speaking English very well compared to other places in the city. Room was clean, all necessities there or available at reception (including as much as you want free tea and coffee). Facilities a little bit dated and room isn't really big, but alright for a night or two. Awesome location in the city center. Would certainly recommend.

Convenient location reasonable price”
It is close to Tenjin station with few minutes walk. There are convenient store right around the corner. The lobby looks grand. It will be great if the molds at the bathroom door seal can be removed. On the whole, it is a pleasant stay here.

Very near Akasaka Station Exit 5. But if you have big and heavy luggage,it will be difficult to carry it up down the stairs. For solo and light travellers, the promotion price really worth the stay. Love the laundry machine available there

Abit of walk from Subway, carrying numerous luggage (Travelling w/ elders or Kids) through small / No side walk isn't a breeze, cars passes within arm's length and yes they won't Honk to remind. But after passing numerous local restaurants you come across a nice hotel just neatly tucked in. Staff were attentive and helpful. Recommend some of their own favorite near by restaurants. Getting around is easy , can pretty much access all our spots by foot. Get the friendly gsp out as back up , cause some of the street do look similar to foreigners , once you get the hang of it you will appreciate Location of the Hotel specially when you don't have your legs under you at the end of a long day.

Everything is great except for the smoke”
We really loved everything about staying here except for all the smoke. Our room was non smoking but a lot of other rooms on our floor was smoking rooms. So the hallways had a really strong smoke smell. Sadly because of this I would personally not go back again.

We had a good stay for 3 nights. Malls and shops were within a few km away. Toiletries were provided at the lobby, you can choose which ones you need.

The whole experience from making the reservation until check out was seamless. ”
The room was very good value for money. We loved the extra room emenities. However there was one time when they ran out of coffee creamer. Reception staffs were helpful, courteous and accommodating. For improvements: 1. The elevator was shabby and freaky because of the black color. 2. The reception area needs refurbishment. 3. Lightings in the lobby and in the bathroom are too dark. We would like to go back when there is a chance. Thank you for our wonderful experience at your hotel.

near the party area; far from the train system. breakfast spread was really good. lots of restaurants and shops around. tenjin area is full of energetic, young, people. so if you're looking for that kind of vibe, this is a good place for you.

Location is very near to station . Even walk also can reach the canal city . But take half an hour . But along the way won’t feel bored coz a lots of shops.. nights shifts staff can speak English and can book taxi for us to the airport .
