Room was clean and spacious. Pool and Restaurant is great and the food was sumptuous. I enjoyed the pool bar which I think is the highlight of our stay here. Pool is cleaned everyday. Staffs were friendly and kind enough to accommodate our request for extra pillows. Highly recommended. Definitely worth the price in my opinion.

Nice stay”
Literally opposite the entrance to cloud 9 beach which was great, however nothing else much around. If you want to eat dinner out I would get a Tricycle into the main strip. Large, clean, well decorated rooms. Very clean. Lots of storage for bags. Toilet looked new and very clean. Good, warm shower. Good WiFi. We booked a fan room - don’t recommend this as it’s very hot in the room. Breakfast in the hotel wasn’t great, very small portions.

Great location for surfers”
It's a minute walk to Siargao's cloud 9. A really good location for surfers. It actually exceeded expectations. The room was so big. I was travelling solo and I guess even if I brought friends or family with me, the room can still accommodate. The staff were exceptionally friendly too. Special mention to Joy who referred me to what would lead as a totally awesome experience.

Love the place, so friendly and excellent location. Two small niggles, no shower curtain means a wet bathroom floor that never dries, and the local internet disappears when it rains. But I'd love to return with my family.

The place is just accross the famous cloud 9...However, after Typhoon Odette, the surfing area was not as good as before..But still, when in Siargao , this place can be your best choice...

I stayed here for 3 nights. My first 2 nights were great. And on my 3rd night I asked to transfer to a queen aircon room. It looks clean but when i wake up the next morning my arms and legs has rashes. I found out that it was bed bug bites. :( This was my second stay here and my first stay was amazing.

Great location, but I wouldn't stay again”
This is a VERY standard room, bed, chair, table, small bathroom, no blanket, no hair dryer, and internet is only in the cafe. While the cafe staff was very kind, the front receptionist tried to scam me in my return taxi to the airport. Also my room was never cleaned in the 3 days I stayed.

Nice and quiet place next to cloud 9 area/Jacks horse. Hotel feel. Good for couples or friends who wants to have a more private place to sleep. The Surch cafe is right next door, good food and coffee.

Bad customer care and unfriendly”
Bad customer relationship. No informations, even doesn‘t know that you ve booked a room. Especially the person in charge of it. Uncomfortable bed and very thin linings and blanket, room is plain and boring. No garbage bin inside the room only in toilet. Very expensive meals and nothing special. Dangerous staircase going up to third floor better watch out no safety railings. Good view outside cloud 9. Housekeeping staff are good and friendly.

Budget rooms in a perfect location”
Point 303 Resort is in a perfect location, just across the street from the Cloud 9 surfing area. It’s also near a lot of good places to eat. The budget-friendly fan rooms are spacious, and the staff here is excellent, always very friendly & helpful. They even helped arrange the motorcycle rental for us. Overall, the property is really nice, with a small swimming pool, on site restaurant, pool/billiard table, a lounge area in the lobby where you can have a few beers, and wifi at the lobby & the restaurant (though signal is weak for the most part)… but when you’re out island hopping, riding on your motorbike around the island, swimming or snorkeling, you won’t miss the wifi much! When I return to Siargao, I'd definitely stay here again!

This is the best place to stay in siargao if you are in a budget. Very good location just 2 to 3 mins walk to cloud 9. The staff are very accommodating. The room is very spacious! I didn’t expect tp get that spacious room with terrace for the price that i payed. It definitely exceeded my expectations. Good job point 303! Will definitely stay there again when i come back to siargao

They have affordable rooms but I could say that they have expensive foods. The food quality is good but I find it expensive. The room we got is big and spacious but the CR door is damaged which is kind of annoying if you open and close it but aside from that, everythings good. The staffs were kind and accommodating. The place is very near the boardwalk/Cloud 9. It's just a 5-minute walk (i think) from the resort. I think they also have motorcycle/motorbike rentals. The resort also sells souvenirs but I recommend you buy outside since its cheaper. (If you want cheaper ones I recommend the guy with plug earrings. He is selling wooden souvenirs. He sells it for 3 for 100 and if you buy many he will give more discounts.) The resort also offers island tours and many others but its a bit expensive. I recommend Kuya Dodong (0912 020 6221) although we paid him a bit more (as a tip) since we like how he entertained us. I'd definitely stay here again if I'll be back in siargao and want to be near the boardwalk. (Will try surfing next time) :)

Great Location, friendly staff”
We were very satisfied and happy with our stay at Point 303. We originally booked for a standard A/C room but they mistakenly sent us to a fan room. We had to go back to the Reception to make the correction and they immediately sent us to their standard a/c room. Unfortunately, the door won't totally close that's why they decided to give us their superior room (w/ TV, hot n cold shower, balcony) at no extra cost. We were so happy with the room! It was spacious and clean. The location is perfect for those who like surfing since it's only a walking distance to Cloud 9. Highly recommended :)
