Everything is superb!! The room is really clean and we love how modern it is. We loved the sky light too. The staff are lovely and very approachable. The hotel is just a walking distance to Earl’s Court station which is really convenient for us. Highly recommended!

Daughters trip”
I booked 2 nights for my daughter and boyfriend. I called the hotel beforehand to make sure she had no issues on arrival. The gentleman was really helpful and polite. My daughter checked in no problem & mentioned how friendly the staff were. She also said that the location was great. This was great value for money. Well done! Thank you

Staff were accomodating and friendly. Room was clean and although some would say it's too small, for the price paid i can't complain. It's not too small for us. It was cool with AC on as we went there on a very hot day! Til next time.

Would choose a room with a window next time as a bit claustrophobic! Despite that staff where outstanding and very accommodating and friendly. Hotel is immaculately clean and very contemporary and fab location.

Room was tiny”
The hotel is lovely and very modern. The staff were very helpful and efficient with a nice attitude. Facilities looked very good although we had breakfast outside the hotel. Room was super modern with lights and controls I found hard to operate. Big tv but my only negative is the room without window was tiny. A little difficult for two to get ready to go out. Nowhere to hang or put clothes away. No coffee facilities and had to go into shower to get soap to wash hands. We paid a low price for the room so overall happy. It’s still a lovely place to stay

one staff member almost ruined the whole experience , thankfully others were efficient. ”
I adore coming here, but a particular staff member was being condescending towards my partner during check in although i made a call prior giving his name to do the check in for me as i could not be there presently due to work. My partner had to call me in order for me to justify things with this individual even though he clearly had a note on my check in with my partner's name. Whatever stress or biased issues this staff member may have I suggest not to demonstrate to guests and maintain his professionalism at all times, thank you.

We had a really nice stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the rooms really big for London. We chose to have the breakfast since it looked so good. They even had vegan options! Next time in London we will come back.

Outstanding staff and service”
I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights for business reasons. On arrival I was warmly greeted by Sara who was very attentive. We were very happy with our room, although there was no kettle/tea’s available. Thankfully there is a cafe at reception where service was provided 24/7. Overall I was impressed by the standards of the hotel considering the price, and the level of professionalism the staff provided during my stay, especially Sara how was always more than happy to help us with any problems. Fantastic hotel, very affordable and will definitely recommend to others.
