Pro's: 》Has a pool (downside: needs cleaning) 》Staff was quick to transfer us to another room since AC was not working in the initial room thay we have checked-in (would have been better though if we were transferred to another studio suite with a working AC) 》Water dispenser is available for guests 》Really great staff, keep up the good work! Con's: 》Check-in process took a while and we were really tired from our flight 》We can hear loud noises from outside since our room is just right beside the pool area Btw, there is a bathtub in our room but we were not able to try it

Yellow smelly water + mosquitoes”
Hotel is beside a horrible canal full of sewage. The water was the colour of urine and smelled horrible. Poor lighting, so cannot see to shave or apply makeup. Lots of mosquitoes due to large gaps around door, window, aircon. Large box of charcoal in room to absorb smell. No safety box. Many good restos and bars within 400 metres. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Very helpful staff!

I slept and woke up smiling, got a good sleep. No towel given. Good thing I brought my own. I was going to ask for one but I heard the staff telling someone that they're out of towel and was not available at that time, so I didn't bother to ask.

I used to love staying here for the past few years.. quiet. hot water available for coffee..pool just outside your door . however the 2 recent booking in this property was totally nerve racking!!! I book the room paid it already (tax included) but when I got there, they asked me to pay addtl money. and the reason was beacuse I booked it cheaper when infact, their price increased over the past year. and if I dont pay the extra, they will transfer me to standard room!!! the staff said..thats what the new management implemented It was really stressful and feels like it was a scam!!! they did it again in my 2nd booking and some of the guest who heard us talking also inform us they have the same experience asking them to pay extra..and they feel upset too. this is ridiculous!! -Pool is always dirty. -poor wifi -No table to eat your food inside the room. -ac was broken in this room but not in the others.. well, I tell u what. if you dont fix your new management.. guests will start looking for a different place to stay.

Basic double room with a very small window. I asked for a change of room, but the staff was not responsive to my request. Disappointed due to the unavailability of other rooms. Bed was fine. Very short one night stay. But location was very far from the P2P bus dropoff from Manila, and quite hard to fine.

The room was basic. Wifi often disconnects. Shower floor drain backs up. Rust in water but a google search says rusty water is safe for shower and even drinking. Tiny ants in bathroom bore into wall leaving dirt on the floor. Facility could use a facelift. Stay here only if lowest price. Too far from mall.

The room looks different from the picture. When we arrived the pillows has no pillow case and the bed sheet has a blood stain on it. There is a used panty liner in the bathroom window which they did not remove/clean. The water from the shower and faucet is dirty, it’s yellowish and the bidet is horribly dirty. There were also lots of mosquitoes. Wifi is okay but it’s not reliable if you’ll use it for work. The air conditioner is old and is not so cold. They have a pool that you can use which is good. Location is also good and it’s quiet.
