Place so run fown. Greeted at by security hands you bedding and looks like a greeting from prison camp. Accommodate pitiful one light worked out of about 6. Sofa bed rock hard, the site looks dreadful I've seen better rough housing estates than this place...Really the prison service could take this place over and the inmates would soon complain. Yes it's cheap and cheerful but staying here feels like gong back in time and the company not investing anything keep it looking nice.

I was very disappointed with the entire experience at Pontins. I have made a complaint on their Twitter account and had no response. The room was dirty. The beds had no linen on them and there was no one to check me in or check me out of the hotel. I had to speak with the security guard at the gate, who gave me my key for the room. When I got to the room and noticed that the bed had no linen, I returned to the security guard and asked him to arrange for someone to make the beds. He then gave me linen and told me I had to make my own bed! It is an absolutely appalling hotel and I would never advice anyone to go there.
