"We were surprised and felt warm that concierge team have provided us a bottle of water each upon check in especially after we were tired from dragged our luggages all the way from train station to hotel. Hotel dinner and breakfast is good. F&B service staff are always approachable. Only Front office staff might need to improve efficiency of their check in and check out process. "

"I had booked a family room for 2 nights as this had a double and a single in the room I had a colleague staying with me for one night and needed separate beds. The 1st room I was given only had a double in but once I had shown reception my booking with a family room, I was quickly moved to the correct room. Other than that, the hotel was great. Clean and quiet. Gym isn't the best but there's enough to tide you over. The restaurant hasn't got a massive selection but again, there's enough to keep you going and of course, there's plenty nearby. "
