"I'm a disabled veteran, I have several issues one of which is anxiety and cannot always wear a mask, coming out of the elevator one of the staff told me I had to wear a mask, I said "ok" and proceeded to the door, she responded very hostile saying if I was gonna give her a hard time she would kick me out and I wouldn't be allowed to stay there... smh horrible attitudes "

"Excellent service in the front desk very helpful people willing to help you in anything u need, excellent housekeeping, excellent location with a lot of shopping stores around, room very comfortable and clean, parking lot super good and safe, and yes i recommend it to anyone, I'll definitely stay here any time I come back to miami!"

"The hotel was very nice on the inside, very good design an very spacious and overall our stay was great with really good staff customer service. This was a good hotel to stay at except for the fact that they didn't have a breakfast for the morning and they are located right next to a bar and it was loud and noisy for most of the night and the cops ended up coming to the parking lot a couple times because of public distrurbances. Other than this the stay was good the room itstelf was excellent. "
