City break”
Booked this for friends seventieth birthday we had three flats. Myself and husband had a corner one which was enormous and beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were very helpful. If we come back to Liverpool this is where we would stay. On our last day we had breakfast/brunch in the restaurant downstairs I’m really sorry that was the first time we were in it because it was lovely. I would definitely recommend both this and definitely Posh Pads. A great lovely, central place to stay.

Sizeable apartment hotel in town centre”
A little hard to find at first as it only has small entrance but once checked in, bedroom is big and modern and a seperate lounge and kitchen. Ideally located 5 minutes walk to Liverpool One and number of restaurants on same street, Albert Dock is just short 10 minute walk. Very comfortable stay with all facilities of an apartment but at a very bargain price. Car park available at £12 per night in the basement with entrance on Duke Street or you can park at QPark and you can ask for a discount voucher at reception.

I wish Posh Pads were everywhere”
Myself and my friends absoloutly loved our stay at posh pads, the only negative I found was when we tried to return food in the restaurants and neither could fit us in even though we were guests in the hotel. I feel hotel guests should be given priority as having it stated in facilities we expected to be able to use the facility, even if you were asked when checking in if you wanted to book the restaurant to ensure you can eat. Apart from that niggle everything else was amazing and I'm thinking of going back again as the hotel was so impressive.

First class accommodation”
From check in to check out this was an excellent experience. Really clever apartment design with high quality finish and style. Staff were friendly and helping. Downside, middle of the night sirens and the odd reveller returning in the early hours but would definitely always use this as a base in liverpool. Good atmosphere in downstairs bar and restaurant too. Square toilets are designed for robots, so take a bit of getting used to, but we got by.....

I stayed for 4 nights. I enjoyed my stay in the apartment. It was a nice apartment and the bedrooms are very good. The staffs are very nice and friendly. They were very flexible with the check out time. The location is excellent near the Liverpool one center and resturants. I will come back again.

Great location but little too big for a couple ”
It depends what you are looking for. If you are having a long term stay then it's a great option. It has a kitchen and a living room. Great location, it's located right opposite to Liverpool One. It's a duplex so for us who only stayed for one night, it's too excessive. The room itself is simple, no toiletries so you have to prepare everything except shower gel and shampoo. No slippers too so don't treat it like a hotel. And no breakfast even we want to pay extra.

Living room was spacious but one bedroom was located at the opposite end of the apartment from the bathroom. Clean and well-equipped. We were on the first floor and were a bit bothered by noise from the street. There are also 2 bar/restaurants below where we got breakfast. Location was excellent if you want want to walk to Liverpool One and shops.

Got a free upgrade to a Penthouse as it was midweek. Don't think I'd ever want to stay anywhere else when I return to Liverpool. Staff were lovely . Couldn't fault the place.

close to the dock and very convenience for sightseeing and shopping. however it's not easy to find it but the entrance of the apartment is just next to the restaurant on the corner. staying in a luxury apartment at a bargain price. large living room, excellent kitchen, lovely bedroom and bathroom. couldn't be better.

Great for medium term stay”
Great location with great facilities in the apartment. Well decorated and furnished, allowing visitors the choice of staying in on a relaxing evening or going out to town which is right at the doorstep. Also good for lots of small shopping trips to the biggest shopping area in the city.

We were four sisters staying for a weekend. Apartment was first class, clean, modern. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location is right in the centre of everything. We had a great weekend.

The apartment is big”
The apartment is big and well decorated. Nearly it got every items/equipment you will need in a place you stay. We could do some cooking and clothes washing during out stay. There is wifi in each apartment but I did not try. Overall a very good experience. Will come back again especially of it is a long stay.

the appartment was beautifully decorated. the size was fantastic with plenty of room. the kitchen was very well equiped and the lounge/dinning was very spacious. the saff were very helpful with organizing tours ect. the position was fantastic close to the dock area and shopping centre. the appartments were very well maintained with everything you need.

Tried to charge at Reception for a room that was prepaid (this also happened to the customer in front of us as we queued to check-in). Apartment had 2 bedrooms, one was locked up, the other had only 1 bed. Sofa was only a 2 seater so was too small for sleeping on. I was disappointed as I thought Staff could have done more to improve our sleeping arrangements. Good location, spacious well equipped apartment, comfortable bed, but when it comes down to it if you are only overnighting (Checking out at 06:30) having a bed to sleep in is really the most important thing.

Above average”
The rooms do not have air conditioning and the bedroom gets really hot. The street noise is very loud too so you will hear everything outside. The apartment itself is nice but I would not recommend it to a business traveller or anyone who wants to have a good night's sleep.
