Love the hotel”
The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The bed was quite big in Japan context. It was a 5 mins walk from the subway station exit, which is quite near for us. Hotel staff was friendly and the check in/out process was fuss free. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Cleaning”
I found a snot with blood(color was red) on the mirror and another one on edge of the bathtub. It was really disgusting. People were really nice but I didn’t get reply of question email that I wrote before visiting Japan. Things were really good except cleaning condition.

Hotel staff is helpful. Location wise, it’s walking distance of about 15 min to Tanukikoji shopping street for a great shopping experience on facial products & Odori Park too.

Comfortable hotel with helpful staff”
Room is reasonably big, especially e bathroom tat comes with a tub. Prepare yourself with some bath salt for e soak. Winter time not much to see of the park. Not many food around e location. There’s a Shabu shabu small restaurant about 5 min Walk from the hotel, we did not eat e shabu shabu, but tried the sukiyaki instead, v tasty instead but a bit pricey, about S$50 per pax.

Discontinue shuttle bus service”
A bit disappointed that the complimentary shuttle bus services has been discontinued. It is very convenient especially during winter.

Acceptable”
Nice room and we liked the location by the park. Convenient shuttle bus to the main station. Breakfast was a set menu which we did not like too much. Also the room temperature was too warm and the air conditioning does not work in winter (cannot cool down the room). Also a lot of noise in the night and our room was not ready at the check in time.

Room with great view”
The hotel is located 5 min from nakajima koen subway station and 20 min walk from sapporo jr station. We travelled to and from the hotel by bus which was both 5 min away from the hotel. The walk from the hotel to susukino was where the ice festival situated during snow festival. It could be difficult to walk during a windy snowy day. The room we had faced towards the nakajima park with a great nice view. However, the last shuttle bus departed from the hotel at 1810 and took more than 30 min to get to sapporo center. Staff are friendly but during the winter season, the air con wouldn't have fresh air which ,are the room very dry and hot.

Exceptional”
Well located next to the Nakajima Park, close to Sapporo Station. It is a good hotel for the price. The bar on the 25th floor is great and the staff was unfailingly friendly. The room was nice with a spectacular view of the park and the city skyline - a bit cosy for two people - but large by typical Japanese hotel standards. The windows do not open and there is central air conditioning, so if you have the habit of fresh air when you sleep, this may be bothersome.

Clean and quiet”
The hotel was 5 mins walk from Nakajima Koen station. The room was tidy and cleaned daily. The view of Nakajima park was excellent. It was very quiet in the room. We had a good night sleep. The free shuttle bus service to Sapporo station was very convenient. They have a free smartphone with unlimited data you can use. I would stay again.

Nakajima Park at doorstep”
This hotel has direct access to Nakajima Park which is wonderful. The park is beautiful in all seasons. Only 5 minutes walk from Nakajima Koen station exit 3, and around 15 minutes walk to Susukino, the location is great. The room is spacious with great view over Nakajima Park. Check in/out is really fast. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Pretty nice and decent location”
I found this hotel to be really quite nice and conveniently located near the center of town. I had read several reviews which stated that the staff was rude or didn't speak English. I had no problems with either scenario. Both the front desk and my bell hop were super nice and the front desk spoke pretty great English actually. The hotel isn't exactly in the middle of town, but Sapporo is compact enough that it's easy to walk to Sapporo St, provided the weather isn't awful. Even if walking isn't your thing, the hotel is only a few minutes from Nakajima Park Subway station, which is only 3 stops from Sapporo. Overall, I think the hotel was a little pricey but that was actually due to fault of my own, but a rather decent hotel. I prefer ryokan when traveling around Japan, so I probably wouldn't stay again. But I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to someone else.

Pleasant stay”
Hotel location is good - close to Nakajima subway station so it was very convenient. 5min stroll away was the streetcar stop which can take us to some nearby places of interest and Tozai Line. The park nearby offered a pleasant morning stroll for anyone who wants to get up early for a walk. They have a shuttle to Sapporo main station but with limited time slots unfortunately. Facilities - There was no in room air con during our stay as it was getting cold outside. Would have love the option of turning on when the room got warmer. Water supply for shower was a little tricky at times. The hot and cold water supply was not as consistent as I would have liked but it is still acceptable. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Best starting point to explore Sapporo for autumn destinations.”
We will comeback for Sapporo in autumn (hopefully with kids in the future) Very romantic staying, located in the main part of Sapporo downtown & straight access to welcoming autumn in Nakajima Park and Kitara Concert hall.
