Had a very comfortable overnight stay . When booking I had requested a room in a quieter area, which I was given. I had a very good night's sleep in a comfortable bed. The room and bathroom were very clean and tidy upon arrival. I didn't eat in the restaurant downstairs, but the food looked good. The barista at the Costa in the reception area made a wonderful cup of coffee. Staff worked diligently to get us all checked in after 4pm - there were a lot of us to accommodate, but it was done professionally and felt welcomed. Check out was super quick. I was disappointed that the airport free train was not running between T2 and T4 since Covid, which was my primary reason for booking this location as I wanted to ride the Piccadilly Line from T4 to London. Got to the hotel from T2 to T4 via airport free train from T2 to T5 , then either bus 490 or 482 to bus stop in front of hotel. I did take the 490 bus to Hatton Place and then got on Piccadilly Line.

Awesome airport hotel 5 star service.”
This hotel is awesome. Its perfect for getting some rest before or after a flight. Its a few minute walk from Terminal 4 but there is a free easy train from Terminal 2 and 3 and an easy free bus outside to get to Terminal 5. The customer service here is highly exceptional. Easy check in with several people to help. It was very quick. Even a quicker check out literally just handed her my keys. The breakfast is amazing. They have some cool English traditional food, crumpets, cappuccino and tea was included. All for 10.50. I highly recommend it as the airport really didn't have fast food or any good options mostly just sandwiches. I was impressed to find a shower with a tub and a rain shower head with high pressure. They dont have shampoo or Conditioner so bring your own. The bed was amazingly comfy. Really this is a great hotel for the money. The best part of this hotel was the amazing customer service that I recieved it was definitely a 5 star experience with everyone I encountered

Loved the runway view ”
If you love aviation like I do, you will love this hotel.. get a room with a view of the runway! could have stayed in my room all day just watching planes take off and land at Heathrow. But I didn’t pick this hotel just because I wanted to see planes take off and land.. it’s just one of my personal treats. The location is very convenient if you need to be near the airport. You can walk from the hotels second floor, through an indoor walkway directly into T4. The staff were very kind and friendly. Breakfast was awesome. The rooms, despite being right next to Heathrow were very well insulated and you wouldn’t hear a sound from the outside. Overall very happy and would definitely stay here again.

I was at Premier Inn from 07 Dec 2021 - 13 Dec 2021. A wonderful atmosphere, very comfortable rooms, super clean all around. Continental breakfast with variety and delicious food. Shoutout to TAJIN for her friendly conversations and keeping me company. This was like home away from home. Hope it keeps up its good standards for a long time to come. Will definitely recommend.

Great for an overnight stay”
I came from London Euston for an overnight stay before flying out from Heathrow the following morning. Easy for the taxi to find the hotel but not easy to find the entrance. A comfortable hotel with pleasant staff and a decent bar and restaurant. Good value for the location. I will stay there again when traveling to and from the UK.

We have also stayed at the Hilton which is the other option for a hotel in close proximity to Terminal 4 before. The Premier Inn is much less expensive with everything you could wish for for an overnight stay. Is it fancy? No. Is it pleasant and well located? Yes! And very comfortable beds. We would choose Premier Inn over the Hilton any time.

A Hotel who understands travelers”
Room : Clean, practical and good. Bed is comfortable, Tea and coffee making facilities adequate, shower was fantastic with hot water and shower head. Down side - No bedroom slippers, no shower cap, no extra toothbrush or toothpaste. Staffs : Everybody were wonderful and helpful. Location : The best part. 10min walk in a covered walkway to Terminal 4, 50min underground train ride to Central London through the Piccadilly Line accessed directly at Terminal 4 train station, and few mins to other Terminals using the free train provided to connect to the rest of Terminals. Ammenities : Trolleys parked at the hotel entrance to be used to carry the bags to the airport terminals. Costa Coffee restaurant for your meals and vending machines for the rest of your daily requirement. You can even walk to Terminal 4 or other Terminals for your meal.

Close to the airport”
Close to the airport, very convenient for ppl who arrive late in the evening/night and/or depart early in the morning and don’t want to stress from/to the airport. Good price, kind staff, nice rooms. There are free connection trains between the terminals, which we didn’t know about at first, so we paid £24 for a taxi. :p There are express trains, TFL trains and metro from the airport to the city. :)

10 minutes walk from terminal 4 this is a very well run hotel which offers immediate comfort after long haul flights(I came from Japan). Full marks for all aspects, have used twice now and will use again.

The covered connection bridge between hotel and Heathrow airport does add a greater value for money in addition to the hotel services that are being provided which have equivalent value as per 5 stars hotel such as the quality of mattress being used, nice toilet, hotel check in etc

If you're looking for a simple stay just for 1-2 nights close-by to airport, I'd definitely recommend this place, however, please be prepare that you're paying for what you get. There won't be any in house shampoo or toothbrush, just towel and a body soap (shampoo,bodywash + handwash) all in 1.

Surprisingly Better Than Expected”
My friend and I booked through Agoda and requested for a twin-bed room. Upon arrival we were assigned a queen bed room with special arrangement for disabled people. We were surprised but then said, no problem. But the lady at the reception went up and beyond to arrange us a new room. Within half an hour or so, we were already in the new room, also with a queen bed, but with a free extra bed and bathtub. We were super happy with how the service went, especially because it was supposed to be somewhat a budget friendly hotel? We also had dinner at the restaurant, fully expected to pay a lot because, well, hotel restaurant at the airport. We were surprised again when the prices were decent! Food was good too. Very very happy, definitely recommend.

Reall enjoyed it on my second time staff more attentive really helpful checking in and out and room service for information patient helpful. I love the place and last time had one of the best breakfast ever on this occasion stayed overnight to collect my grandson from another terminal in the morning easy and cheap with free shuttle service so well worth the 68 for the room.

I would say it might be the BEST budget hotel around Heathrow. Very clean room, and well equipped (just lack Microwave but it is OK, because there is 24-hour food purchase spot). And the best thing is there is local bus to airport and Underground station. No need to take those rip-off private bus.

Location is via aerobridge walkway ex T4 at Heathrow. Excellent value for money when needing to rest up before or after flight. Breakfast good selection, hot and well managed by staff to keep up supply.
