Stayed overnight to catch flight to Scotland, reason I book was due to its proximity to Gatwick North Terminal however was advised against walking as it meant walking on busy airport road. On positive note , their breakfast was amazing, limited choices but piping hot & qualityspread

No emails stating there is a bus that takes you back and forth and it took us an hour to find the walkway and drag our bags. Moreover we have booked two months in advance and they tell us at the reception there is no room for our requirements. After a long argument they finally gave us a room. A spider was in one corner and it was 3 am in the morning.

Always really enjoyed my stay many at this Gatwick airport hotel!!but this time I was put on the ground floor? disabled room no 2 and had a terrible night sleep! write next door the the main entrance ? The was people with cases in and out ,buses and taxis and cars all night dropping people of and people smoking and chatting to just a few meters away from my window !!I needed a good sleep as I arrived at 3.00 am!only managed a couple of hrs even with earplugs!!😳

Good location. Best to get bus from North Terminal (£4.00 single😬) if late, otherwise a signposted walk only takes 5min Good room (although smelt little stuffy) & great beds. Breakfast available from 04.00 am! Only negative was reception insisting I hadn’t paid when I had (& me too tired to argue at 03.00 in morning) & later having to prove I had by showing Agoda receipt. Manageress did sort it out & did refund while we had a tea. Just shouldn’t have happened in first place. Also I sent several messages via booking confirmation to say was arriving very late & to confirm but didn’t get a reply Overall good hotel, just watch out for charging again!

Local to the airport but there is a huge new premier inn closer so be sure you know which hotel you’ve reserved. staff all pleasant and helpful without exception.a pleasure to stay .

場所が分かりにくいのと空港から少し歩き外観は少々古ぼけていますが、内装はフルリノベしたようで大変綺麗です。 空港までの循環バスは4ポンドですが、24時間走っているので、深夜早朝便でも安心。私は歩きましたが、北ターミナル出口から10分かかりません。

ガトウィック空港からのアクセスが良い空港です。ホテルから空港ノースエリアまで徒歩約１０分です。 部屋は外見が歴史を感じるものの、部屋は最近リノベーションを行ったらしく、大変きれいです。 空港へのシャトルバスが出ていますが、一人あたり3.00Euroということで、私たちは徒歩で空港へ向かいました。

Horrible horrible experience and hotel - STAY AWAY ”
This was the WORST gotel I’ve ever stayed at and I travel quite frequently. Guys they don’t even have free wifi 😂😂 there are 2 star hotels better then this one. Biggest complaint was the unfriendly staff (management at the front desk). They were very very rude and unprofessional when we complained about the state of our room and lack of amenities. Seriously stay away - you couldn’t pay me to stay there again.
