don't expect much for the price”

It was the first hotel we found for the price since we got lost. It's really cheap but the room is small, and without much ventilation, or fan. the carpet was very old. the location is too far if you want to go downtown.

Reception guy is not helping customer as it should be. They trying to make money by giving upgrade room deal. If you are not agree to take this deal then it become rough behaviour with customer.

Ascensore rotto,posizione sfavorevole,non hanno cambiato le lenzuola per tutti e 6 giorni e lo staff non ha saputo neanche dirci come chiamare un taxi diretto dal centro alla loro posizione. Non tornerò sicuramente.

W dniu przyjazdu zostaliśmy skierowani do innego hotelu o dużo niższym standardzie. Rzekomo wybrany przez nas hotel był w remoncie. Po pierwszej nocy obudziłam się pogryziona przez pluskwy. Dodam, że mieszkaliśmy w pokoju nr 3 w Cranbrook Hotel.

Не беше добро преживяване.Мястото наоколо е много мръсно,по улиците се разхождат шумни пияници и въобще околността е много неприятната даже плашеща.Имахме проблем с резервацията.Първата вечер ни беше дадена стая далече от хотела с обща баня и тоалетна,въпреки че бяхме платили за стая със собствена баня и тоалетна.На другия ден ни преместиха пак след обяд като в тройн стая ни даваха само по две кърпи.Също така ни взеха депозит 50 паунда, платени по тяхно настояване с карта и накрая ни беше обяснено че ще ни ги върнат след 10 работни дни.Не бих препоръчал на никой този хотел!
