Very relaxing home”

Staffs are so nice, facilities are well-equipped, clean room and very homey to stay. We will book again in the future and on many days. They are also very near to Hakata Bus stop and has a shuttle that is free from bus stop. Thank you for the warm welcome President Hotel Hakata staffs.

Good location in Hakata”

The hotel is in good location, only about 5-10 minutes walk from either Gion or Hakata station. Convenience store also nearby. Room is clean and with amenities.

Good location, nearby Hakata bus terminal, easy access to any where. But room extremely small, difficult to storage 2 large luggage. The small double bed only can fit thin and small size body, look like single bed.

Close to airport bus station and a minute walk from Budget car rental hakata station, convenient if you are renting a car from them. Family mart right at the corner of the street. Gion subway is 5 mins walk away

Good location and helpful staff”

The location is good. You can walk to Gion Subway Station by less then 10 minutes. Also can walk to Nakasu or Canal City area. The staff are very helpful when you need assistance from them. They even can book taxi for you without extra charges. But less facilities and the room is very small.

It is nearby Hakata station. And it was very helpful to get free pick-up & drop off service between Hotel & Hakata Station so we didn't need to drag our luggage from hotel to the station. Overall, the impression was very good.

The room looks like a little bit old, and the air-conditioner is not enough power or may be i don't know how to control. However, the services of the staff is very good, when i ask her where can i smoke, she changed a smoking room for me and didn't charge any fee.

parking they recommended so a lower price, per night 800 yen but walking 3 blocks away. breakfast about 972 yen per person (not buffet style) couldnt open my suitcase fully, had to open near the toilet door, so quite small room.

Tiny Rooms”

Hard to understand why would someone built a hotel with such small rooms where the value of land isn't high. Around the hotel there are lots of empty car parks while your luggage is blocking the room door from opening. Otherwise it is a standard budget hotel.
