This is the most awesome hotel! (-; The President Hotel had the most wonderful handicapped room, access to the pool, a wonderful continental breakfast every morning and the most phenomenal attentive and helpful staff imaginable! The manager was wonderful and one of the agents Willia was so patient and even helped us print out our boarding passes! Willia was wonderful! We had the most awesome vacation possible - seven days at the President Hotel! We were close to everything, all of the restaurants from 15th to 5th! The best location imaginable! Thank you, thank you, thank you so much to everyone at the President Hotel!!!

Nice place to stay”
Location is very good - very close to south beach. Upon check in they provide welcome alcohol drinks. Room is spacious and clean, comfortable bed and hot showers. Fast WiFi. Breakfast is really good. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Plenty of shops nearby. Definitely would recommend staying here.

They will hold your bag in a safe, locked place until you can check-in. The rooftop pool is a great place to lounge, and it’s open until 7:30PM. The staff is friendly, and the place is clean. I’d recommend staying here, especially for the price.

Love this hotel! Clean & spacious! Continental breakfast was provided every morning. Close to Miami Beach just a few mins walk. Convenient location to check out Miami. A lot of food choices just outside the hotel. Would stay again!

Although I just spent one night with my family, I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly at all times especially Mike who made us feel welcomed and comfortable. "Thanks Mike". My wife and I are looking forward to spending at least a week at this hotel when we return to Miami later this year. The hotel is in the heart of everything. The only thing I would have liked would have been a microwave in the room. We give this hotel experience a 9.9

Good stay for the money”
The free breakfast buffet was nice, they had eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, toast, fruit, etc. I was not happy about the increase in the resort fee. The room decor was nice and the hotel was clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. You also get free drink coupons when you check in. I used mine for wine. It was a nice added bonus.

You hear every foot step of neighbors above you. Also make sure you’re not next to the elevator equipment room- every time someone uses the elevator, you listen to the motor running for 20-30 seconds. The location of the property in the heart of South Beach is the only positive.

The bathrooms are TINY (shower door can't open all of the way because it hits the toilet), the rooms are NOT soundproof at ALL. I could hear every conversation in the hallways as if my door was wide open, and the beds don't come with comforters, only flat sheets. The hospitality is good, you get free drink vouchers, and the lobby is cute but I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Disappointing, could have been alot better”
The location is great, the price is right, just a few small things and I would have recommended it. After my 1st night, the maid never cam`e to clean my room. I stopped her int he hall and she said, she would be back after 5 pm. I thought hat was odd and of course, she never came back. The 2nd night I again had to ask her to clean my room, she was out of towels but at least she cleaned my room and returned later with new towels. The worst part of the place is the idiot guy doing the Valet parking. A big guy who will try all ploys to rip you off. DO NOT USE THE VALET SERVICE. 24 hour parking lots are a block away and for almost half the price. This guy tries to rip you off from the minute you get there. He charges more for SUV's even though the garage doesn't. I can see for a Suburban or Escalade but for a Rogue or Rav 4, he is pocketing the difference. At check out, he came and stated that the lot charged an extra $20 because it was after 12. again, just a way to steal $.
