So many good things about this hotel. Big clean rooms, great restaurants and room service, very friendly and helpful staff, and a nice rooftop pool. Also great location with trikes, laundry, and 7-Eleven all in walking distance

Excellent Staff Service”
It was our first time to visit the hotel and super accommodating ng staff, friendly and mabilis lang kmi nakapagcheck - in. Parking spot is limited kasi first come first service sya which is okay lang nman for us. We enjoyed our stay here, kids friendly. The food taste good too and mabilis lang din dumating. Overall highly recommended.

Superb food!”
One of the highlights is definitely their food (IMO Bar). At first, I was wondering why they wouldn’t allow outside food, so we had no choice but to eat in their restaurant, but, all I can say is, IT WAS WORTH IT. We all liked what they served, and it wasn’t so expensive. The room are just fine (family), it’s clean. Staff are friendly. I’ll surely come back if I need to stay in Pampanga again.

Prime Asia Review ”
My stay at Prime Asia was very pleasant and memorable. I stayed for a whole month so I really got to experience how professional and accommodating they are. My Room was both spacious and clean and the Bed was comfortable. The area and facilities were well kept. Special mention to Mam Rebecca Tan for her attentiveness, patience and kindness. She would often times go out of her way just to help the Guests and I can say the same to all Staff from the Security Guards all the way to their Housekeeping. I’ve never seen such hard work and dedication. My hats off to the Staff and I would to thank everyone for making my stay very memorable.

Outstanding staff. The best you can find. If there is a problem, it's fixed fast. Outstanding roof top pool and dinning. Give this location a try. I travel to this city many times. For the price. It's the best. Only one thing. No free breakfast. Lots of food around location. No problem for food. And not much parking.

Best stay”
The hotel is very clean and many amenities for our stay, close walking distance to mall, nightlife and restaurants, although the restaurant in the hotel has great food. The staff was more than accommodating and always friendly , attentive and quick to act on special requests. Pool facility is looked in the same area as the restaurant so very simple to have a nice swim anytime and a bite to eat. I would really like to return and stay here again, for the value and accommodations I would take a chancethan to stay someplace else. Definitely what I would consider a 5 star hotel.

Great price and place to be”
We were visiting family friends in Angeles. This hotel is close to walking street which is the main hustle and bustle. Not really our scene and certainly not PG rated. The hotel itself had a great family friendly but buzzing roof top bar with a great vibe. The breakfast, particularly the local breakfasts were excellent and the down stairs restaurant was also great. For the money and to be honest over any of the other spots in town I would definitely go back next time we’re there.

Great Property, Terrible Policy”
This hotel had comfortable clean rooms, the poolside restaurant was reasonably priced and had a OK variety of quality dishes available - Asian, Western, and Filipino. We ate at the restaurant several times during our stay. Staff was always pleasant and helpful. The policy on outside food there is absolutely ridiculous - At checkin, they give you a written sheet detailing their outside food policy. It's bascially - "we will check your trash everyday for any outside food or drinks, and if we find any, you will be charged a large fee". So if I'm thirsty at midnight, when the hotel restaurant and coffee shop are closed, I can't buy a Coke at the 7-11 and drink it in my room? What if I'm hungry after the hotel restaurant closes? Just starve until morning? What if I had a kid with me and gave it a bottle of milk and a candy from the store? What if I wanted to have a beer or bottle of alcohol in my room? Any of those very very common situations would have resulted in me getting a large fine from the hotel. I know they are trying to push people to their restaurant with this dumb policy, but if you don't have 24 hour hotel food, and only a limited selection of hotel food and drink to choose from, you are just restricting your guests in a silly way. The hotel and facilities are great, but it's because of that over-strict food and drink policy that we won't be back to Prime Asia Hotel

The staff are very well trained and accommodating. No wonder it had great reviews. Totoo ang chismis! Maganda rito. They were very helpful to us and with my kids. Kudos to their maintenance man who checked our AC and do extra mile on attending our concern.

At first, after reading all the previews reviews regarding this hotel (reviews from 2019 stay), i was hesitant to book but then it turned out to be the opposite of all the bad reviews back then. Staffs were very friendly, accommodating & helpful. From the guard to housekeeping to front desk. We enjoyed our stay and i will definitely book this hotel again whenever we’re in Pampanga. The breakfast menu were a bit pricey though so we didn’t order any but had a grab delivery instead. The studio room we stayed at is nice. We requested for a smoking room & to our amusement, the room doesn’t even smell cigarette, though we only smoke in the bathroom but still the smell is not a bother. I guess they have a very powerful exhaust in there. The only thing is that i had to ask for a bathrug & hand towel but the housekeeper kept apologizing while handing them to me. There’s only 1 coffee mug but that’s just a minor flaw. Extra pillow costs 50 pesos which I don’t mind paying. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and it’s worth the price. I think amongst all the other hotels in Angeles, Prime Asia’s one of the best. Maybe because of the staff and the rooftop where you can chill & unwind which i didn’t find in any other hotels around the area.

The best hotel ever!”
We always visit this hotel because my kids love it so much! They always said that this is the best hotel ever! Also I love their food, everything is so delicious! The staffs are also accomodating and very nice. The rooms are clean although I noticed that they dont permit room charges when ordering food or beverages already and they dont have mini ref anymore,also the menu has changes. but that’s totally fine with us we still choose to stay here again whenever were in Pampanga. See you again!

Nice hotel = great rooftop patio.”
Nice views from the rooftop patio and nice pool. Very quiet and relaxing, but the music was too loud at times. I asked the staff to turn it down, which they did for a few minutes, only to turn it back up again. Annoying and disrespectful. The reception staff was great - very helpful and pleasant.

Pandemic Business Travel”
In the midst of the pandemic, we are pleased to have been able to get [1] low rates for this accommodation. Tho we weren't able to use the leisure amenities (as this is a business travel), we were able to see the pool which has been a pleasure to use in other circumstances. [2] Staff were pleasant, very helpful and polite in explaining the travel requirements (swab test and all, which we're prepared to provide). [3] Clean rooms and comfortable beds, [4] my only issue is the wifi and mobile signal in my room is terrible, my team has been luckier to be located in rooms where the wifi router is installed - their signal is great.

The best hotel, its not”
The worst hotel we ever stayed at there was no hot water we had to call 4 times to get towles before finding the maid our selves then they could only give us 1 they wouldn't even offer us a different room but were told the maintenance man would come fix the hot water which they never did the amenities such as hair dryer never worked there was no compensation given even ,also we ordered breakfast the beef tapa was so salty we had to wash it off in the glass of water,no outside food allow to bring into hotel my personal experience is I'd never ever book there again
