Good value for money and a quite good location. ”
I was at Princess Hotel on February. The staff was kind and gentle, they satisfied every of my requests. The hotel is so close to the Kings Cross Station and to the Subway (Tube). What else can I say? Everything was fine and I recommend you all this Hotel because it has all the requirements for a good vacancy or for just a few overnights.

Adequate stay for 4 nights”
Adequate stay for 4 nights. Positives include being only a few minutes walk from Kings Cross St Pancras station. Lots of eateries nearby. Groceries nearby. Room is not small by any means. The bathroom is great. Receptions are friendly. Unfortunately extremely disappointing housekeeping. Receptions told us to place dirty towels in the bathroom floor which we did. Two times they simply refolded the dirty towels and put them back on the bed, maybe hoping we won’t notice? Housekeeping expects us to use refolded dirty towels from the bathroom floor? It happened two nights in a row. Because of housekeeping, I have to give 3/5 stars.

Confortable”
It's very near to King's Cross sta. and we can go and come back whenever we want. The price was so reasonable because here is London. We can use two Shared bath rooms, but it was not troublesome for us.

Good place and convenient ”
Located in a very easy access places . Silent and Staffs are very helpful. The rate is a little bit high but London is like that, good location will need to pay high. Not much to eat around but if you like fast food, there is a Burger King near the hotel which is only 20 sec walk.

Decent Hotel”
This hotel is very decent and near to St pancras Int train station. We booked this hotel so that we can travel to Paris. The room that we booked is with shared toilet... inside our room is very well equipped except the bathing facilities and toilet. There is a sink within the room for wash up.

I was took to another hotel but not process hotel! The shared bathroom rom does not locate princess hotel itself. I was led to the basement of another hotel. I felt really bad and not coming back again!

Good Hotel to Stay”
Location: Very close to Kings Cross (3mins walk), convenient to go to many tourist places, walkable to the British Museum. Safe even at night. No lift so you have to bring your own luggages upstairs. Facilities: Basic ones including dryer. No refrigerator. Staff: Nice Overall: Would recommend to you

Excellent location and nearby shops and eateries . A few storey property. No lifts and narrow stairs and walkways. But, if you are just looking forva place to rest and sleep, with no facilities, Princess serves purpose..

Clean and nice location near the kingscross metrostation. Burgerking, supermarket, macdonalds at the corner. room with double bed was very comfortable with small sink. bathroom was clean.

Just nice (solo)”
I stayed for 2 nights in a single room. The size is just nice. Although bathroom is shared, it is just few steps away from the room. There's a wash basin, TV, cabinet, a kettle, drinking cup with coffee powder. There are a few clothes hanger as well. The only issue i had during my stay is to carry my heavy luggage through the narrow steps up to room.

Good Location”
The location is good. The staff is ok. The rooms are quite small, but not bad (I stayed in both family room and single room). The con is that there is no elevator and the amenities in the bathroom is only shampoo.

Great location and helpful staff”
The only drawback was that a drunken man tried to get in my room in the middle of the night. There was no signal as I was staying in the basement so I had to call the police. Police informed George who was the receptionist and he reacted pretty fast and sorted out the issue straight away. George said it was the first time he encountered this scenario and I believed him but still I felt very hopeless when a drunken guy kept kicking your door and saying all the dirty words while the police asked you to open the door to tell him that he got the wrong room. George swapped me with another room 30mins later so I could finally sleeep.

Close to station, a lot of eateries nearby the hotel. One downside is you might need to carry your heavy luggages all the way to 3rd floor which is no easy task.

Superb location”
Excellent location although the slip road is a bit quiet especially at night. Good and helpful staff. Narrow stairs and you have to drag luggage all the way up and down.

Wouldn’t recommend for families”
When I first made a reservation, they promised me a room on the ground floor. But when I got there, they gave me one on the third floor, so we had to drag our luggages through steep stairs. It was awful. The room itself is small but they tend to do a decent job of cleaning the rooms.

I stayed in a very basic room with a shared bathroom (of which there were around two on each floor). When I was there, some of the shared bathrooms were closed for renovations, so everyone on the same floor had to share just one bathroom. Wasn't very convenient first thing in the morning as everyone was getting up and about. The room was small and *very* basic. As a last-minute booking when nothing else was available, it was OK but nothing more.
