The place is so good. What you see is what you get from the net.”
We just have a major concern about the pool, the chlorine is too strong. According to the staffs the maintenance who cleaned the pool the night before we arrived he accidentally put too much chlorine on the pool. Instead that we want to stay in the pool for night swimming we just went up because all of us are coughing due to the smell of the strong chorine. I just advised the staffs to better check on that next time they clean the pool. Because no one can use that pool with that kind of smell. But over all we love the place and room where we stayed. The price is valuable specially when you're with your family or group. The staffs are so accomodating. The place is ok for recommendation.

Perfect Place to Stay Near Korean Town”
Parking is a 3 star, Staffs were too of the line "Mekeni" hospitality, Pool is great, location is just a 3-4 minute walk from the hotel, Food is average, Reception is fast, Bed,linens, blankets and pillows are nice and clean. The rest room needs some improvement especially with the hot shower otherwise the toilet and the sink is well maintained as well as the flooring. The place is a 5-10 minute drive from Duty free and from the Airforce Park and 12-15 minute drive going to Fontana. But if you don't have a car, the hotel provides a transportation service which is also nice. Overall, PRISM is an excellent hotel and worth the money!

We booked the luxury room, we had 5 adults and 1 toddler. Room was very spacious, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. The pool area was crowded during some points of the day but was in an open area so it's kinda okay. Location was not along main road so it's not too noisy at night too. My folks (and the baby especially) had fun! I will recommend this place :)

• Big room with breakfast nook, kitchen and living room. • Staff are friendly, especially the receptionist. She is very accommodating and helpful with our requests. • Pool is a little cold, the floor is slippery and the chlorine smell is a little on the strong side. But aside from that it is big and clean. • Will definitely come back here when we return to Clark.

the staff is world-class. :) though we had some issues with noise in the other room, the stay was ok. The chlorine was too strong though but tolerable. I liked how they are customer centered and was able to cater to different requests. the value for this stay was the staff :) the rooms are WAY BIGGER than the pictures, it looks so ELEGANT, CLASSY, and so SPACEY. i love it!! we went as a group.. we enjoyed it.. probably going to come back soon..

we stayed in a premium suite which offered a spacious bedroom, living and dining area, and kitchenette for a relaxing break. the unit is very clean and cozy, the staff are courteous and friendly. we had a pleasant stay and would consider this hotel again next time.

Place is near attractions and food establishments. Small yet complete with amenities. Have a cozy pool we enjoyed. Clean and safe. We liked the design of the hotel, as contractors and homeowners, it suits our taste. Staff our accommodating to our requests. Food is a bit pricey, but we were allowed to bring our own so its okay. The room was nice and clean. Staff were very accommodating and hospitable. The stay was very relaxing and we will surely book again. The only problem was there is water leaking at the restroom, but overall the service was good. Breakfast was also fine.

Worth it for the price”
I was surprised at the size of the hotel room for the price. It has a mini kitchen, a vanity area and even a balcony. The bed has 4 pillows too, which was not common (most hotels I've stayed at only has 2). The bathroom was clean as well. Staff was fast in check in and check out. The place is near groceries and SM Clark too. Only comment would be that the aircon is a bit low. It took time for the room to be cold. TV keeps on jamming too, but I guess it's because of the cable signal. Lastly, walls were quite thin so we can hear when someone is walking in the hallway. But overall, a good stay and would definitely consider as an accommodation again when I come back to Clark.

The resort and facilities are great. Especially the interiors and the room. The room smells good and very clean. I like the mini kitchen and the free use of the utensils. The only down side of the resort is the restaurant. Prices are too high for the type and quality of food. Maybe they should offer free breakfast so guests can try their food without spending too much. Also, staffs are kind esp the guard/bell boy on duty. For the front desk lady, please always smile and talk to your guests nicely. She ‘s accomodating but i did not feel the happiness in her.

We abide with all regulations. The hotel is fantastic, small yet complete with kitchenette, pool and all basic you will need. its cozy and safe for all. Kids enjoyed the pool and playing. Out of 5, only 1 room smelled like cigarette, but they sprayed it after request. Will come back again.
