Welcome to our cozy unit located in the Heart of Hallandale Beach! Just a quick 14-minute walk across the drawbridge and you'll find yourself soaking up the sun on the beautiful oceanfront. Our apartment is nestled inside a vintage motel, offering a nostalgic Miami feel and all the amenities you need for a simple and carefree vacation. As you step into our quaint studio, you'll be greeted by two comfortable full-size beds situated in the Den. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a quick meal or brew your morning coffee. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo and fresh towels, as well as all the essentials to keep you feeling clean and refreshed throughout your stay. We understand that a trip to the beach is not complete without beach chairs and an umbrella, so we've got you covered - literally! We'll supply these items for you so you can enjoy the beach without having to pay extra fees. Parking is free, and you'll have access to our outdoor pool for a quick dip after a long day at the beach. If you're feeling lucky, head down to the renowned Gulfstream Mall and Casino, just 6 minutes away, for some blackjack or horse racing. If you prefer a night out at a sports bar, you'll find plenty of options nearby. Starbucks, Walmart, and Publix are conveniently located next door, so you'll never have to go far for your daily needs. If you're looking to explore further, South Beach is just a scenic 34-minute ride down Ocean Drive with plenty of water views to enjoy along the way. Please note that we require our guests to complete a pre-check-in form and pay a refundable $50 Security Deposit via a third-party application called Duve. We are happy to help you! ▶️Check-in is any time after 4 PM. ▶️Check-out is at 10 AM. Please note that a late Check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty, that could be deducted from your security deposit. ▶️POOL hours: 9 AM - 7 PM - anyone who exceeds that, will be removed from the property. ▶️Parties are fully prohibited. QUIET TIME FROM 10 PM TO 6 AM. ▶️$300 penalty for smoking on the property. You will also be dismissed from your rental without a refund. ▶️$250 penalty if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout. You will also be dismissed from the property without a refund. ▶️$100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance. ▶️Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can :) ▶️$250 penalty for having pets in the unit ▶️Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account ▶️On checkout please turn off the lights, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you ➡️Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your security deposit and/or your booking account.
