Hi po, Gentle reminder for pleasant stay and to avoid incremental charges. 13. Lastly (The most important one) please do not make so much noise in the unit . Please be considerate to neighbors. Uncontrollable guests will be escorted by the guards outside and will not be allowed to enter the premises again. 1. Number of all guests should be declared and paid. Price varies depending on the number of guests. All unlisted guests will be charged Php500/head upon arrival. (No exemptions) If you using this unit for your wedding preparations, we have another unit for your entourage,rules and charges applied, kindly inform us ASAP for necessary adjustment. 2. Please bring your own disposables and trashbags. Kindly put all your trash in your trashbags. Our cleaning fee is very minimal and limited only to simple cleaning. Kindly do your own dishes. *(Paki hugasan po lahat ng pinag lutuan at pinag kainan). Clean as You Go. 3. Kindly bring your own, alcohol, sanitizer, soap, dishwashing liquid. 4. No pool , No Karaoke, 5. No shoes inside the unit, please bring your own sleepers . 6.Towels are limited kindly bring your own for your safety. 7. Only 1 parking slot is available for this unit other parking will be by chance, no guaranty , double parked might be permitted by the guards as long as they will not stay over night. 8. Please do not attached anything on the walls and ceiling, some part of the curtain maybe used instead. 9. Cooking charge P250. Payable upon arrival. Use of Samgyup stove is NOT allowed. 10. All things missing , broken, burnt will be paid by guests. 11. Items in the mini bar are for sale. 12. Kindly use the bowl in the CR if you feel like throwing up/ puking. Thank you for your cooperation.

Creepy, Deceiving Photos”

Broken living room TV. Creepy with old used huge candles in the restroom. Locked cabinets. No facilities. Rude, sarcastic staff named Gigi. Better go somewhere else.
