We stay there all the time. Friendly staff and a good buffet breakfast. Only one issue this time is the shower was not as hot as it could have been. Not sure why.

-Check condition of your room before book and paid -Booked 3 nights only stay for one day - front desk only want to charge you more money not very helpful - extra bed just mattress on the floor -uncooked sausage -not much choice for breakfast

..... don't expect too much. As we unloaded our bags on arrival it quickly became apparent there was no lobby. The reception desk looked like a grubby train station ticket office. Only one lift was working, and the good one would only lift a maximum of three people. Our room (1 of 3) reeked of sewage when entered, and took 24 hrs of ventilation to clear the stench. The hotel is old, and looks it. Desperate for a revamp. Of the four hotels we stayed in during our northeast road trip, this was the most over priced for what we got. Though we were driving, it is next to the railway and close to town.

The included breakfast is not good. Could not eat. Only instant powdered coffee even though full coffee shop is 20 meters down the hall. Fruit served not ripe. Bathroom sink leaks onto the floor. Hotel adjacent to train tracks. loud.

มีดีที่โลเคชั่นโรงแรมอยู่กลางเมือง และทำการตกแต่งห้องพักใหม่ได้สวยงาม แต่เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นใช้ไม่ได้ทั้ง 2 คืนที่ไปพัก แจ้งเค้าท์เตอร์ตั้งแต่วันแรกแล้วไม่หาซ่อมหาปรับปรุง จอง 2 คืนได้อาบน้ำเย็นทุกครั้ง ประตูห้องก็เป็นแบบล็อคอัตโนมัติแต่ปิดจากข้างนอกไม่ได้ถ้าไม่ไขกุญแจไปด้วย มีอาหารเช้าฟรีถึง 10.00น แต่ลงไป 9.30น เก็บของหมดแล้วต้องสั่งอาหารเอาตามเมนู ความสะอาดก็แย่แมลงวันตายตรงขอบหน้าต่างในห้องอาหารยังคงติดตาฉันอยู่เลย ยังไม่หมดนะทางโรงแรมปัดความรับผิดชอบเรื่องของหายขณะเข้าพัก ฉันพักคืนแรกออกมาจากห้องบ่ายเจอแม่บ้านเลยบอกให้เข้ามาทำความสะอาดได้ จากนั้นระหว่างทำธุระถึงรู้ตัวว่าลืมใส่นาฬิกาออกมา พอกลับไปดูที่ห้องค้นทั้งห้องก็หาไม่เจอแล้ว ไม่ชดเชยใดๆเหมือนที่บอกต้องตามเรื่องเองไม่มีเบอร์แม่บ้าน สรุปตอนนี้ผ่านมา 3 วันแล้วจากวันที่หายก็คือตามไม่เจอ ไม่รู้ว่าใครขโมยไปหรือแม่บ้านเผลอเอาไปทิ้ง แต่เราเสียหายมูลค่ากว่า 6,000 (จากมูลค่านาฬิกาที่หายไปของเรา) นี่คือทั้งหมดที่เกิดขึ้นกับฉัน ขนาดที่พักอื่นในเมืองราคาถูกกว่านี้ก็ยังไม่แย่แบบนี้เลย คงไม่กลับไปพักที่นี่แล้วเสียความรู้สึกมากฉันจ่ายเงินแลกที่พักไม่ได้ขอพักฟรี แม้แต่สิทธิพื้นฐานของลูกค้าที่ต้องได้รับความปลอดภัยในทรัพย์สินคุณยังไม่มีให้เลย
