Birmingham stay”

We stayed there for two nights mainly for vacation. Hotel was perfectly located. Tram station is behind the hotel and is so convenient to travel the New street station and city(5 mins), cost only 1 pound per person. There are few restaurants close by Dominos, Syrian, and one or two other fast food outlets. Room is spacious, toilets were clean with necessities. Breakfast was great with lot of variety and was mainly a western breakfast. All in all service was excellent and true value for money.

The hotel was very centrally located (a 10-15 minute walk) in to the town centre. We had one room with a double bed, double sofa bed and a travel cot (which they provided free of charge). It was cramped but manageable. The bathroom appeared to be recently renovated as it was very modern. The choice of shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and body lotion was to a high standard. Free breakfast was excellent with so much choice (including a make your own waffle machine). Staff (particularly the ones on reception) were very friendly and went above and beyond to help ensure we had a great stay

Perfect location ”

Right around the corner from the Tram which was perfect! Allowed us early check-in which saved us immensely. And lastly a wonderful breakfast! Wish we had found this place first!

Birthday weekend ”

Booked this place for my boyfriend and I for his birthday. Good value for money, considering I booked on the week of. Staff were attentive, room was tidy - breakfast was nice. Would recommend.

Decent hotel to stay”

Hotel is nice but rooms are too small. Location is fine as Birmingham is not a big city so commuting via Uber or Taxi is around 4-6 pounds where ever you go. Couple of restaurants and tesco is very nearby the hotel. However, breakfast is very average.

Room smells!”

The room smells bad and windows are fixed closed. No fresh air. The location is bad. Very dirty and feels unsafe.

There was no car parking provided. Staff not very friendly. Our 3 persons room was not setup when taking the key and need to ask the reception to arrange someone to setup. Not as expected at all.

Good location to get around the city, lovely room, comfortable beds, great shower, quiet. Only slight downside the gluten free breakfast on offer was disappointing with the choice.

Hotel is great. Location was perfect. There is transportation right at your door step piratically. Breakfast was good, staff were great. There is even a gym in the basement. Will definitely stay again

Confusing ”

What confused me is that exactly same hotel with same name is in city centre. We arrived to the wrong location.

Best budget hotel”

We stayed for 4 nights with 2 kids. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and bus/tram spots is just near to the hotel for easy commute. Overall it is a decent and affordable stay.

Excellent stay with great transport links”

Hotel was lovely and clean, room was nice with a comfy bed, plenty of space, loads of plug sockets, good TV, comfy chairs and a good size desk, lovely shower, breakfast was varied and very enjoyable (but the mushrooms are waaaaay too peppery) and there is a tram station 20 seconds from the hotel.... £1 to go straight to New Street Train station (town centre)! No parking, but the road opposite has a car park that is £3:80 for 24 hours, loads of space! Really enjoyed my stay, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

It was ok with all the aboves except i had to change rooms coz of lack of child safty due to a broken door lock and the room was clusterphobic due to lack of space or windows could not open. Not Good for Asthmatic. Big thums down.
