Good hotel for short Glasgow visit”

Location is good. Room is ok and did have all the amenities you’d expect. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was fine with a decent buffet table and a choice from several hot options. It was either the heating system or the plumbing in this refurbished old building that kept me awake during the night. Summing up my stay, Indigo was value for money but I could not identify any aspect of the hotel that could be categorised as anything special.

The triple bed room was quite small, no space to put luggages if you have 3 big ones. Staff was ok, maybe the one who served us was a trainee...

Great front desk welcome at check in”

When we arrived for 3 days in Glasgow we hadnt planned what to do. The young lady who checked us spent a lot of time giving us ideas about what to do.

Fun modern decor, clean, & comfy”

The staff are awesome. Our luggage took a later flight than we did, and the staff accepted it for us and delivered it to our room. The shower and amenities were fabulous - extra roomy with great hot water. Lovely soft linens & comfy bed / pillows.

Hotel charge early check out without inform client although night has been paid. ”

i have paid for 5 nights stay but check out after the 4th night as I need to fly back to my country in advance. Upon checkout, the receptionist has pass me my receipt for my meals during the stay that was charge to my card. To my amaze, upon my return, I realized an extra GBP 100 was charge to my card without my knowledge nor approval. I email to the Hotel immediately but received no response from the hotel after 2 days which I decided to call the Hotel which I was told that the extra GBP100 was actual early check out charges. I inform the lady that I had paid for the night (including breakfast) that I did not stay, why do i have to pay early checkout charges and why was i not inform upon check out and why my receipt did not show the extra GBP 100. She advised that she will check with Management and let me know but till now a week has gone but they have yet to response.... Totally disappointed...

Very welcoming and helpful reception staff, rooms were luxurious, spacious with exceptional bathroom. I was travelling with a disabled person and the hotel was ideal for catering for this traveller group - food excellent would highly recommend this facility.

Had a good stay to go and explore central Glasgo and hit the shops on Buchanan Street whilst not being too noisy or in the mix f the crazy nightlife. Rooms are clean and bright with that Indigo touch. Corridors a bit boring and the breakfast was okay - but perfect for a one or two nighter in town.

Lovely hotel and good location ”

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant enough. When checking in the staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is on a good location not to far away from the city centre and a short taxi to the west end if going out for dinner and drinks. There I also a good selection of restaurants near the hotel. I highly recommend viva Brazil which is just around the corner. The only thing I was annoyed when staying at the hotel was the staff when having breakfast in the morning. Our breakfast took nearly 40 mins to arrive.
