Visiting family”

We stayed here after visiting family. The staff were very good, so polite and helpful . They adhered to covid legislation. We ordered room service for our dinner. The food was lovely, very tasty and presented well. I’d definitely go back!

Very happy with our stay”

Perfect location in the town centre and so close to the train and bus station. Very clean, good sized room and really comfortable bed. Great staff. We would certainly stay there again. A few niggles though. Bar prices very expensive, just under 18 pounds for two glasses of wine. Rubbish is stores outside in bags not in bins attracting seagulls, noise and mess. They should reinstate tea and coffee facilities in rooms. Staff will serve these free at reception but that just means your cup and lid has always been handled by someone else each time.

Room 110 was a little noisy as music from the bar could be heard till around 1am. But room comfortable and facilities very good.

I have only been to Inverness once and this is the hotel i stayed at. I arrived at around 12.15pm and told i had to come back at 3pm as that was checkin time. On arriving you dont walk up to a reception but a bar. Not very pleasant. there is no parking at the hotel but there is paid parking withing walking distance. There is no parking to pull up in front of the hotel. The hotel is dingy. It is extremely dark in the main area on the ground floor like a nightclub and the halls have little natural light and are very dark. The carpets are stained , the walls are marked and dirty and the place appears grotty. The room stank of cigarette smoke. The bathroom had seen better days. Rust marks everywhere. The staff were ok but young bar tenders. Git it a miss

Had a great time in Inverness, thanks in part to the location of this hotel allowing me to get anywhere I wanted to go with just a quick walk. The bar downstairs certainly didn't hurt either.

Great location”

Hotel is centrally located. Hip and trendy hotel lobby. The smell is awful in the lobby. Super strong AXE or deodorizer! Definitely makes you want to rush to your room. Room are well appointed and roomy. Clean and comfortable! Definitely would stay again , just a shame about the lobby smell.

The rooms were comfortable but perhaps a little basic. But couldn't complain had all you need. The lobby bar restuarnt was well kept great design and pretty altogether funky. Great location..

Superb hotel”

We loveeee our stay in this hotel. Pretty close to main station and restaurants. Friendly staffs. Clean room.

Close to Railway Station”

It was delightful staying at Pentahotel Inverness. I arrived at 11:30pm at night at the bus station and this hotel was within at 3 minute walk from the bus station. Just exit the bus station and there the hotel is across the road. The lobby is a little funky but it is an interesting space to gather with friends. The rooms were clean but I felt they could be better lit. The toilet was also very clean and the shower amenities had funny write-ups on them. The hotel had lifts too thankfully as I was carrying huge luggages. It was a little difficult getting a taxi though; I got the staff to call a taxi for me but the fare started at 4 pounds, YIKES. So, just a little note on that.

Excellent base to explore Inverness”

Had an excellent 2 nights stay at Pentahotel and would definitely return if I were to visit inverness again. The room was surprisingly huge with ample space for a table and lounge chair. The toilet and room were both well kept and clean. The hotel is located pretty near Inverness train station and just across the street from the bus station. Those travelling with kids however need to take note that the television provides access to adult channels for free but this access can be restricted with parental controls. So remember to restrict this access especially if your kids are staying on the own in a separate room.
