Room needs upgrading”
The room needs a little upgrading. The sheets are old, the bath rags are old and dirty, kitchen has a funky smell, the seats at the balcony are worn down. But overall, we had a great time at Pico de Loro. Also, the caretaker is very helpful.

The staff and other personnel are very courteous and accommodating. They would frequently greet you whenever you interact with them. This, in part, makes your stay pleasant and satisfying. Commending restaurant personnel Cyrus, Princess, and Micca, boatman Luis and captain Jojo for their extra smile and assistance. The condo unit we rented is clean and complete of all necessary conveniences. The pool and facilities are also great but they could still innovate to make them much better.

Stopped at the Gate”
I wasn't able to enter the Pico de Loro gate because of the unusual reservation system of this condotel. The security won't let us enter the premises.

Honeymoon”
We are newlyweds and glad that we choose to stay in this apartment for 3 nights, feels like home and its cheaper,we cooked our meals, and enjoyed tge swimming pools, im not a beach fanatic so i was so happy that they have this big areas for swimming pools. Hubby and I walk at night thru the parkways and the view is amazing,, and very ronantic. The room we stayed in carola is clean and host is helpful. We had a wonderful honeymoon.i will recommend this place.

Best vacation with family”
The whole place is great, my whole family love walking at the parks, and swimminng areas are not crowded. A bit expensive, but c'mon you cannot find a beautiful place like this with a cheap price,afterall we expect to pay for this family getaway. The room we rent is Carola A202, for a family of 6pax we fit perfectly, the room is clean and tidy. Just like home it has everything needed for cooking a quick meal. Bedsheets and pillows seem to be brand new. The aircon has waterleak but the maintenance fix it immediately. Also no smart signal inside the room. Overall its fair enough for its price, cant complain because we all enjoyed our stay. We will comeback for sure.

The beach is very clean and relaxing. However, I am very disappointed with the above room, the beddings was so old, pillows, rags and kitchen utensils were so old and poor quality, not only that there is a few cockroaches running around. This is my first & last checking-in that room.

Nice ambiance...nice view if the whole property I was booking for a hotel room and suddenly this condotel pops up and since I have no time to review, even the price changed! just got this condotel to my dismay.

Place was nice. Beach was amazing. The pool and facilities are also great. Low side was the price is a bit steep. Recommended to stay at least 2 nights.

too pricey for the services, my God where on earth that all sports inside(badminton/table tennis racket and balls and tables are for rent) beside paying the pricey entrance fee, everything are for sale/rent inside..haha..

very expensive and they didnt inform every details that needs to pay we were just suprised that we have to pay many additional payments there. The place was great but the lacks good services and then staff at the reception was not good at all.

Wedding Anniv Overnight Staycation”
I've been to Pico de Loro on a company team building 4 years ago and I wanted my wife to experience the place so we planned an overnight stay for our 3rd wedding anniversary. We had a choice between staying at the Pico Sands Hotel and avail of the honeymoon package or the Condotel with discounted rate from Agoda. The honeymoon package included free breakfast, massage and no entry fee. The condotel required entry fees per head which covered the use of swimming pool and the beach. But it had a full-kitchen so you could bring food and drinks. After doing the math, the condotel turned out less expensive but not so much. We figured we didn't really want the free massage and we were not really big breakfast eaters. Our priority was to have a nice dinner at any of the hotel restaurants and would manage our other meals with our packed food. So the verdict easily went to the Condotel. And the unit caretaker was very prompt and efficient!

Pico de Loro is the best place for a vacation with family and friends”
The condos are in good condition,just like living in your own home yet the place is perfect. Pico is great for relaxation. Pricey but worth it.

Nice and Beautiful Unit”
The condo unit is perfect to travel with groups and young children, They have very comfortable beds and pillows. The unit is big and clean. The beach is very relaxing and the pool is big and beautiful.. The staffs is very friendly and helpful. The pool is big and clean, Highly recommended to other travelers…
