It was good value for the money and the room was clean.
I didn’t like being on the 2nd floor but it wasn’t too much of an issue or I would have asked for a room downstairs

The manger was polite and friendly.. and very helpfull. Everything you wanted the manager would try and resolve it. Great location.. we had a pleasent stay

Nothing apart from the location of the hotel
The room was freezing could not even get the radiator to come on even though the dial was on 5. The amount of noise that was coming g from other rooms was ridiculous kept me and my 2 kids awake most ...

Management were nice but could have offered compensation for the lack of sleep and non working facilities
Management were nice they were new problems with it from the getgo doors would not lock from the outside . Shower did not function in two rooms at all . And kept awake all night by noisy occupantz ...

Location was fine easy to find
falsely advertised on site no food or drink served on premises also that on filling out form on arrival you were requested to give your nationality why? No hand towels and 1 pillow on each bed.

Location was excellent , staff are very helpfull, bed is comfortable and decent size for 2 children and 2 adults. Enough clothes space, walk around space etc.

It was a wonderful stay....”

I like everything. The beds are very compartable. The staff, cleanliness, maintenance of the hotel, everything was perfect. I am satisfied with their hospitality.
