This place was so cute. The rooms are newly remodeled and so clean. They have great insulation because you don't hear anything from your neighbors.

Great value for the location”

Room was nice enough for the purpose it served. We spent majority of our time out & about, exploring Destin, so only used the room to sleep/shower/change. I would definitely stay here again bc it's super close to all the attractions & Harborwalk. Other hotels in the area are pretty much double the price - no thanks.

Beware”

We chose this place because the reviews were good. I’m sad to say our stay was awful. Our room smelled of mildew but we were only there for one night so we didn’t complain. It was not cleaned thoroughly either. There was hair (not mine) and other stuff on the inside of the bathroom sink. My husband found a lid to a cup in one of the drawers. The shower rod was installed incorrectly so the curtain wouldn’t remain closed. The comforter wasn’t even a comforter. It was a very thin duvet so it was similar to sleeping with 2 sheets. The absolute worst part was when I found a pair of women’s parties sitting in the bottom of the nightstand as I was packing up. I was so disgusted. My husband and I got out of their as quickly as we could. Trust me....find somewhere else.

Simple, clean, & accommodating.”

This is an older renovated motel. It was clean and staff friendly and accommodating. I would stay again.

We asked to change the room , no problem with that, but even that , the smell persisted a little less. .I do not recommend this hotel to nobody because of the condition of the facilities .

Happily surprised ”

Pleasantly updated room. Newly painted, no carpet (beach sand), large TV, fridge, microwave, and coffee pot in room. Has step in shower. Very clean room. Nice details like crown molding, crisp bed linens, comfy bed, and quiet, cold A.C. Great location. Close to Everything: restaurants ( The Shrimp Basket is just steps from the room), tons of shopping, and multiple beaches. Definitely recommend.

Really dirty”

With Covid you would think the room would’ve been at least a normal clean but our nightstand had coffee stains and everything else was dirty. We wound up having to clean our room ourselves.

Excelente”

We liked the location because it was away from the busy high traffic. It was only few minutes away from some of the city's popular attractions.

The location is not right across from the beach, but is center to a lot of things. Just down the street there is a sign that reads 20.00 dolphin tour (Just Chute Me) it’s great, well worth the money! If you like buffet food Old Times Restaurant near the hotel is very good!

Aceitável”

I know this was older fixer upper motel, but it does need more work. Coming in off a flight at midnight after a five hour delay, I was a bit creeped out by the dark, dingy exterior upon my arrival. The interior of the room could also use some work. It smelled musty and just didn’t seem as clean and welcoming as it should be

Not as good as rated”

Floors needed to be mopped, strong bug killer smell (per clerk from 3 days earlier), poor breakfast, could have been better with a little attention.

You get what you pay for”

It was cheap for a reason. There were people congregating in the parking lot every night. They were loud and just hanging out like they lived there. I could hear noise constantly when people would walk outside past my door. There was no weather stripping underneath the door which made the noise louder. I could hear clanging of metal objects being dropped on the ground during the day. I left the night before checkout so I could actually sleep. I will of course never go back. There is a cutoff to how far you should go to save money. This place wasn't worth it. The walls are quite thin as well. Stay far away!

Very clean and well maintained for the price paid. Surprisingly quiet too :)

Excecional”

I was blown away at how nice the "2 star" was. It had a bigger flat screen then I own, comfy beds and pillows a microwave and fridge. It was perfect and I loved the bang for my buck. I liked the location it was walking distance to plenty within 30 mins. I will stay here again next year
