Perfect Stay”

+ve: - Perfect location (Around 75 minutes from New Cairo) - Extremely friendly and helpful staff always trying to assist and support - Rooms are located around the pool which allows direct access to the pool and just 2 minutes away from the restaurant and the reception area. - Nice restaurant with multiple tasty varieties - Parking lot is directly behind your room - The beach is nice and clean. Although it's around 10 mins walking distance, however when you can request a golf car which will arrive in less than 5 minutes for pick-up to/from the beach. - COVID-19 precautions are somehow taken by the hotel staff (staff using masks, sanitizers available in multiple locations, etc..) - Kids area -ve: - The room was generally clean, however the curtains and carpets should have been washed as they had lots of stains. - Lots of crows at the outdoor areas and the beach which makes it hard to have your breakfast at the restaurant's outdoor area.

+the room clearance +the staff is so friendly +the pool is very nice + the food is amazing - no entertainment or shows only animation team for kids -the sea is far away 6 minute and you must call the reception to send you hold car to the sea and the ground of the sea is fully saturated with oil so you need to clean you body hardly from the oil wastes after swimming

Short Relaxing Vacation”

I took two days / one night at Jazz Little Venice Sukhna with my sister just for some relaxation away from the daily stress and city buzz. The hotel staff are really welcoming, friendly and have excellent customer service sense. I would like to specifically commend Shaimaa - the bartender at the Beach cafeteria. She was such a friendly and accommodating staff. Restaurant, front desk and other support staff are all well trained and have good understanding when a customer is seeking relaxation and good service. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great for those who look for relaxation and quietness ”

Well-Secured resort, all services are available, great pools, cool Shisha Cafe attached with Animation Program run by a nice dancer Miss Hiba and a nic, funny & noughty member, food buffet is remarkable while la cart menu is require further enhancements. Beach is require riding a club cart which is available in a timely manner so no room is a Sea View but pool view. Room is big enough with. Nice balcony. WiFi Service is meeting the standard, free of charges but there is an issue that whenever you logg-in to the WiFi, your eamil will receive an email!!! This is very weird and annoying concern that brought to the front desk attention ( almost all staff 24/7 but could’nt resolve the issue. Last, I strongly recommend this resort in terms of quietness and relaxation.

Just okay ”

On the good side, buildings look nice, the place is quite and sukna in general is a great weekend scape from Cairo. On the bad side, you need a golf car to go to the beach. However, it comes in just a minute when requested, the beach is quite but nothing remarkable, Very low quality food!!!

Great in many aspects but boring”

Great food, staff, huge rooms, nice beach But.. boring you are not a group of guests as no activities at all or night shows to attend. All room sare pool view. Beach area allocated for the hotel is very small and guests are too close to each others

It's one of the best places you will be in Sokhna. Staff are very helpful, food is great, the whole experience is amazing.

Good trip”

Every thing is fine, except beach littel bit far and needs golf car to reach, staff helpful except receptionist Mahmoud was very bad and i think he is not suitable for such job, kitchen is fine for him, kids area was a disaster need too much arrangmnet. Overall good place for relaxation.

Great Hotel but expensive and Agoda disappointed me on the booking confirmation!”

The hotel is great and the staff are super nice. The food was amazing and the overall stay was pleasant. But I was surprised while checking in that the reservation was for SINGLE accommodation! and that I need to pay an extra 200$ for 2 nights. When I went through the reservation I realized that indeed it is for single accommodation but it was mentioned between the lines and was not very obvious. If I know that I will pay this much I wouldn't have booked this hotel!

Beautiful resort but clumsy service”

Hotel is gorgeous. It's collection of villas surrounding a gorgeous pool. The beach is about 200m away from the hotel and the hotel has golf carts that take you there. The location, room and the hotel beach was the highlight. We were mistakenly given a room with two twin beds but then upgraded to a King suite at no charge. But after that, service was downhill. The staff is nice but disorganized and sometimes confusing. The room service was also terrible.

the hotel is one hour away from cairo. a great hotel on the red sea. the rooms are family friendly overlooking the garden and the pool. the rooms are spacious and neatly furbished. the food is not that great however. the hotel is located in a villa compound with golf course, beach and marina.
