Excecional”

The hotel was good, located near the Jungmun Tourism Complex Entrance bus stop, so it's super easy to arrive there from the airport with bus 600. There is a lot of things to do around, beach and nature (Falls, Olle trail) were nearby. Breakfast was amazing too ! Bedroom super spacieuse and staff really Nice and helpful :)

Good location and service”

Hotel is on a hill, with good views. Walking distance to the Cheonjeyeon Waterfalls, museums and restaurants. Staff speaks good English and was very helpful with restaurant and souvenir recommendations. No connecting rooms. Gym has a treadmill and a cycle machine.

Nice panorama view”

Had a pleasant and wonderful breathtaking view. We walked about 15 minutes from the bus stop. From.the hotel, around 20 minutes walk to to PLAY K POP centre. We also took a taxi 45 minutes taxi ride to SEONGSANG ILCHUBONG, a popular tourist spot. Overall we enjoyed our 2 nights stay.

Great value great location”

Great to have a car if you stay in Jungmun. Strategic location and nearby eateries available. Only downside is the hotel need some upgrading.

Good in between of Jeju”

The town is a bit small but it is close to many things in the area, but not real close. Everything was a bus ride away. The room was spacious and had a great view. Also ate the free breakfast and used the massage chairs. The room was good, the bed a bit stiff but that is typical in Korea. There was a couple restaurants around, but a walk to where to main little town is in the area.

the hotel location is about 10 mins walk from airport limousine bus drop off. its about 15 mins walk to teddy bear museum,yeomiji botanical garden,believe it or not museum. the staffs were friendly. the room is big&value for money. it was a pleasant stay there. the minus is the hotel didnt provide any food/restaurant or convenience store. but you can easily find restaurants around the hotel.

Nice room perfect for a couple's getaway.”

The room is clean, tidy and pleasant decorated with lovely decor, nice lighting and good taste of furnitures. Not much to do in the hotel though. However, there are a lot of touristy stuff to do around the area. We stayed in this hotel for quite a long time considering the amount of spots we wanted to visit. However, the tourism spots aren't as big and time consuming as expected. In retrospect, we could have just stayed here for a single night.

strategic and nice hotel”

the hotel location is near bus stop. you can easily find the hotel when you take bus from airport or anywhere. it's located in jungmun tourist complex, so you can walk to nearby attraction. the room is clean and big. Big toilet with a bathtub. and the bed is quite over expectation (in a good way).

The heirs theme room”

I love the place and the staff. When agoda want to contact me, the staff come to my room and tell me and lent me telephone laptop and computer for free. I havent get this service in other hotel before. My first impression of this room is big enough with the heirs theme room. When i take a snap and share it to my friends, my friends said where is the hotel and i proud i can stay there for a night. If i go to jeju again, i will stay here again. i already stay in 3 other hotel (1 hotel is 5star and the others are 4star) but i still not as happy and comfortable as i stay here. the food is very good too. I already read the comment before (they said the food is terrible) but when i have breakfast there i really love the food especially the crab stick salad. The sauce is very unique and i havent tried in other hotel.

Great experience with Jeju Aria Hotel”

Room is spacious and we really like to feel when we entered the room. Check in speed was great when we arrived as they had already prepared for our arrival. Room TV size was great. Awesome view from our room which is a bonus to us. Hope above information helps for those who is interested in this hotel.

It's a nice stay with Jeju Aria Hotel”

Pros: location is near to various tourist site as well as bus stop named Jungmun tourist complex entrance and the place is tranquil with nice staff Cons: breakfast is having in room which is fine but the menu is exactly the same for every day.

Attraction of places are within walking distance ”

A lot of restaurants and beautiful scenery are within walking distance from the hotel. You don't need a taxi to go to Alive Museum, Teddy Museum, Believe it or not Museum, etc. If you walk to different directions from the Alive Museum, you may beautiful fruit orchard hereby.

Nice hotel, in an even nicer location”

Aria Hotel is just so conveniently located with lots of eateries within walking distance from the hotel. There are also a few tourist attractions within the vicinity. Hotel is very clean, facilities are basic but well maintained. All in all a very good experience. Highly recommended!

Good hotel”

I don't understand why this hotel get such low rating. To me it should be above 8. Anyway, we stayed here for 1 night and the room size is good. The view from the room is facing the car park and you can also have the ocean view as well. There's some restaurants nearby and I can see many local people going there for food too. Will recommend this hotel to others.

Nice hotel, liked it, clean and quiet. It is on a slightly uphill, a little bit walk but it is okay. Just opposite to Junmeng area information center, very convenient. Many restaurants nearby, 20 minutes walk to the beach through Lotte hotel.

Comfortable Stay ”

Staff are English friendly and if not they will do their best to communicate with you which made things easier for us. Hotel is close to several restaurants ( and attractions in the Jungmun area (waterfalls, pacific land, Museums), if driving, so a car is recommended when staying in this area. There is only about 4-5 restaurants near the hotel in terms of walking distance. Overall great stay, hotel photos are nicer than actual rooms but the rooms are fine either way.

Excellent and worthy place”

The hotel is quite new and offer comfortable place for me and my girlfriend. The room is value for money in respective of space, cleanliness and location. There are some traditional Korean restaurant around and convenience store just a few blocks away. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

The hotel is relatively new because it was renovated not that long ago. So the amenities, hotel decor, etc. were all pretty nice. I also loved the aromatic oil that they had in the room and lobby! It would be better if there was a convenient store close by.
