The hotel was so nice! When you walk in to the hotel they have red carpets guide you to the lobby! We had to get two rooms because they don’t accommodate 4 people. Our daughter who is 15 y/o in Korean age is considered an adult. Hotel pool was nice too we had a fun time with kids and out door hot tub was nice and relaxing. It was an expensive experience 😁

I stayed in the hotel with my mom and a 4 year-old. We absolutely enjoyed the beautiful and serene walking paths and the swimming pool, and could understand why people requiring medical attention may wish to stay there. All the staff were really very nice. However, if the hotel really wants to become a medical tourist hub, I think it should offer all-inclusive options, since only breakfast was included and having to buy each lunch and dinner at the hotel was quite prohibitive. It would also be nice to have the shuttle buses operate more frequently than the current 9am, 12pm, 5pm and 10pm. Finally, more places to hang clothes in the room would be nice (for drying the swimming suits, etc)!

Full of cherry blossoms around the hotel. I went to the hotel last week of March. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Swimming pool was good in size and temperature control. Definitely recommended.

The view from our room was amazing. Room service/staff were polite and helpful. The surrounding gardens and cherry blossoms along the road were romantic and charming. On top of that, the water in the pools was incredible, leaving our skin softer than I've felt in a long time. Awesome place to stay.

2nd time at this hotel, and the water truly is as they advertise -- "Miracle Water." Something is special about their water... Even the pool water is super clean, with no noticeable traces of chlorine. It's not super fancy, but it's impeccably maintained and clean and comfortable!

i booked the hotel as reviews mentioned in hhwt that it offers halal cuisine...we have checked with the hotel itself and they have confirmed and mentioned that all the 6 kitchen is non halal.... so it is a bit upset thou...luckilynwe ate dinner before heading to the hotel..

Great place for family retreat”
Clean and neat place for family. Superior room has a double and a single bed, can easily fit 3 people in a room. This hotel has a warm water indoor pool which is free for those who stay in the hotel. Also surrounded by forest, you can go for a walk. Not in the central area of Joongmoon, a car is required to dine out or to visit the beach. Its restaurants are okay but slightly overpriced for the taste and quality.

If the purpose of the trip is to get away and to enjoy the nature, The WE hotel will be an excellent choice. Its location is in the middle of "nowhere." So one would need to have a rental car to get around. We didn't book the ocean view room because of the price, but we were really happy of the mountain view room. I love looking at the lush green trees, it so beautiful. If the weather is a bit cooler we would definitely spend more time outdoor. We also spent time using the indoor & outdoor pools and hot tub and loved it. Big facility and not too many guests. Make sure you have a swim cap though, or you can buy one for about $5. The room is also very nice, AC is quiet and bed is super comfortable. The only thing that didn't work well was the shower door, couldn't close all the way. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Beautiful location let down by service staff poor English”
Beautiful and restful location in the middle of a forest with a stunning view of mt Halla. Staff's command of English was limited and service was not really up to par . I went to the medical center as my daughter was ill and received good referral to halla hospital which was affiliated to the hotel.

Perfect place for taking a rest. Beautiful surroundings, nice room and swimming pool etc. But sometimes you might feel bad when you have problems because staffs are not so professional and helpful. TV was not working in my room and they said it's broken. And a guy told me they could change that wall-mounted TV, at 7 am. I said "no thanks" Well, no one's fault, but I expected some comments on it when I checked out but they said nothing about it. And a series of unpleasant experiences make me write this review. 위치, 건물, 시설 모두 좋아요. 그런데 서비스가 뭔가 어설퍼요. 서비스에 민감하신 분들은 안 가시는 게 좋을 듯.

We Hotel отдыхали одну ночь ,выбрала из-за спа услуг ,но цены очень завышенные,поехали в другой спа , Расположение очень далеко всё даже CU ,в Отэле ресторан очень дорогой ,дороже чем в других пять звёзд отэлей есть с чем сравнивать, Расстроило что при регистрации нет никаких бонусов для гостей вообще никаких ,например скидки 10~20 % на ресторан или спа этого нет ! Очень плохо ! Мы сняли два номера и нам вообще ничего небыло предложено Отель большой но в бассейн и могут попасть и просто все желающие поэтому там много народу и это не комфортно Нет кафе на территории только небольшой отдел где напитки от Отэля и очень дорого В гостинице тихо ,чисто это плюс В следующий раз бы не выбрала

스위트룸 2박이었습니다. 숲, 자연, 쉼을 위해 위 호델을 이용하게 되었습니다. 숲속에 위치한 호텔인만큼 신선한 공기와 맑은 새소리가 너무나도 만족스러웠습니다. 관광지에 소재하고 있는 여러 브랜드 호텔과는 위치에 대한 아쉬움이 있을 수는 있지만 그런 아쉬움들을 모두 녹여버릴만큼 아주 훌륭한 위치와 자연환경 이었습니다. 2박을 하는 동안 중문 시내와 서귀포를 차량으로 다녀 보았지만, 큰 불편을 느끼지 못했습니다. 또한 호텔 자체적으로 셔틀버스를 운행하고 있어서 이 또한 호텔 편의 사항 중 하나였습니다. 조식의 경우 제주도를 느낄 수 있는 조식 메뉴는 눈에 띄지 않았지만 기본적인 호텔조식 퀄리티를 보여 주고 있어 만족스러웠습니다. 또한 코로나로 테이블 간 좌석 간격도 적정하게 유지되어 있어 조식 이용에 불편함을 느끼지 않았습니다. 호텔 내 프로그램 중 스파 프로그램과 수중프로그램을 다양하게 이용하고 싶었지만, 당일 또는 현장 예약이 불가 했어서 수중프로그램만 이용하고 왔습니다. 객실 예약 시 호텔 프로그램 예약을 동시에 진행할 수 있다는 점을 조금 더 상세하게 안내해 준다면 더 많은 이용자들이 편리하게 이용할 수 있을 것이라 생각됩니다. 호텔 관계자분들의 친절도는 굉장히 만족스러웠습니다. 요청 사항에 대한 빠른 응대와 친절함이 어느 브랜드 호텔들과 비교해도 손색없는 최상이었습니다. 다음번 제주에서 다시한번 이용하고 싶습니다.^^

프라이빗한 공간과 자연 그속에서 힐링이 있는 잊지못할 추억을 만들어준 위호텔 ♡ 숲캉스로 유명하고 물이 좋다고 들어서 꼭 방문해 보고 싶었어요 수영장도 실내 실외 다있고 엄청 프라이빗하면서도 큰 수영장들이라서 하루종일 힐링하고 놀기에 정말 좋았어요 . 직원들은 진짜 친절하고 부족한 물품이 있거나 픽업 도움이 필요할 때 진짜 빠르게 대처해 주셨어요 제주도에 간다면 또 머물고 싶은 숙소에요 숲투어도 있고 연못도 구경할 수 있고 자연속의 힐링이 가능하고 그 숲속에서 프로포즈 받았는데 너무너무 이쁘고 좋았어요 ㅠㅠ 위호텔 덕분에 평생 행복한 기억 가지고 갑니다 감사합니다
