Family Vacation”
Puerto de San Juan is a nice hotel with great location, by the beach/ocean. But the rooms need upgrading or renovation. There was no access to Wi-Fi which is very difficult to contact our friends and relatives. The restaurant was awesome with excellent food. The only thing that needs to be fixed and improve is having access to Wi-Fi like all hotels now have it except Puerto de San Juan. We had to move to another hotel nearby to have this convenience.

We rented the cabin. It was nice because it was spacious and we have our own living room and dining room, it also comes with a parking slot in front of the cabin. Its just that the rooms has a lot of mosquitoes. and in the middle of the night, one of the air con malfunctioned. The location is a little bit far from the surfing spot but its okay if you have a car, it was about 2-3 mins drive only. They also have a swimming pool and a water park. All in all our stay is great.

we stayed for 1 night, the facilities were good, but when we came there were no rags to be used inside that's why we needed to request, the rags should be there automatically before we checked in. Then the pools have too much chlorine content I can actually say that because of the odor of the pool. The seashores were eaten by water that's why it's not that wide enough. But over all it was a great hotel to check in

The room was clean and the bath has a water heater. We enjoyed swimming at the beach. The only negative side in our stay was the pool shower odor and the pool itself which was dirty.

Booked a cabin. Its quite a walk to the pools and beaches specially when you have senior citizens with you. No rags in the room. No wifi. No fridge. Hot water doesnt work. Distance is quite far from Urbiztondo. So restos and other sites will be quite a travel. Thanks though for allowing us to check in earlier.

Disappointed ”
Upon arrival staff didn’t check our temperature or even had our hands disinfected. When we were brought to our room lights were not properly working, they didn’t even care to change the light bulbs. A signage inside the room states the it was freshly disinfected but upon checking it ourselves room was a bit dusty we even found a used cotton buds beside the bed. Airconditioning on the other room was not working, we politely asked the staff to have it checked she said yes and will be back in a minute. Evening came but no one came to check the aircon, not until we asked for an electric fan. Comfort room smells like urine as if it was not cleaned. Waterpark was good but main pool was under maintenance which is a bit of a hassle since you can only swim at the waterpark until 6pm and is a little bit far from the hotel. Main pool is until 10pm which is really ideal for night swimming but since it is under maintenance we can’t even enjoy our stay to think that they should have fixed the main pool when the lock down was ongoing or even before they re-opened.

1. Bathroom sink barado 2. Water heater not working aka USELESS 3. Bathroom floor inaamag, obviuosly not being cleaned thoroughly 4. No rugs at all but you may ask 5. Dipper aka tabo in the bathroom was half of a small plastic gallon. (Sana hindi nlng kayo nagprovide nun) 6.Bed was okay 7. You might wanna see how the shower/CR near the pool look like. Mosquitoes love to stay there. And the smell woah. 8. Please clean the shower head near the pool. Baka mamaya, ahas na lumabas dun.

Affordable and that's it!”
This resort hotel used to be one of the most famous hotels in the province known for it's luxury in the early 90's and 00's but it's glory days seem to be fading. Hotel rooms badly needed an upgrade. I mean, how old are those linens and blankets? Even the bathrooms have damp smells you can simply ignore. Food was ok but no wow factor. No room service as well and everytime you needed something, you have to go out from your room and request it in the front desk. This I found very inconvenient as a guests. If there's one thing commendable, I would give it to the staff who were nice and helpful.

Lots of mosquitos”
We stayed in Room Nr. 205 [2nd floor]. Resort is old but still OK. The restaurant is OK and reasonably priced. Only problem was lots of mosquitoes inside our room and even in the lobby when we checked out at 10 am. Mosquitos also in the corridors. Hotel must take notice of this issues. You will be afraid of catching DENGUE from the mosquitos. Will not stay again in this resort with this mosquitoes issues.
