Resort on the Beach”
Overall: Pullman was one of the closest hotels to downtown Da Nang with a beach property. It was so convenient having the beach on property instead of needing to cross the street like the average hotel. Pullman has more sand than almost any other part of the beach, which made it easier to enjoy. Location: It is very close to downtown, but you'll need a taxi to bring you to the majority of restaurants. Casual walks into town were amazing... Staff: The staff were amazing - very friendly and polite. Cleanliness: Very clean! I'm under the impression that the beach was a little messy near the volleyball court because they're understaffed due to Covid-19. I imagine they'd have someone picking up sticks and debris during regular circumstances. Even so, it was great and relaxing (no litter/garbage).

Good resort for Family time”
It's a huge Family suite for our family with a teenage son. There are 2 bed-rooms, 1 living room to share with big sofa. The room could cater more people if you have big family. We had relative to visit and stay 1 night. Just spend a bit money for buffet breakfast in next morning. Separated bath rooms are quite convenient when travelling with kids. The Family suite is near swimming pool, restaurant and beach. The beach is clean with good sand and could swim. Resort is near Da Nang Central, around 15 mintutes.

A real haven ”
The Pullman in Danang is at a great location, the staff are fantastic and the rooms are done very nicely. I believe most rooms have a balcony, which is a nice touch. The pool is nice and leads right on to their beach. What is nice is from their beach you can walk at sunset for what seems like forever back toward the heart of the public beaches and city and enjoy the surf coming in. Really peaceful. Gym has solid treadmills and cardio, a flat bench Abs dumbbells. There is a TRX, but it needs to be replaced and the heavy bag is a nice touch but it needs to be refilled or replaced as well.

Great rooms and facilities”
This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The facilities were clean and well maintained. They had a great happy hour at the poolside bar and the breakfast was by far the best I have ever had at a hotel (bloody mary bar). I just tried to book again for next weekend but they were full :(.

Good location, good facilities and great staff”
The Pullman is well located and access to the sites in and around Da Nang is very easy from there. Taxis and Grab cars are not a problem and if you are more adventurous, there are plenty of motorcycle rental companies around, most of whom will deliver and collect the motorcycle. The hotel and rooms are clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. We did not try any of the restaurants at the Pullman as we prefer to explore local foods. There are plenty of little places within a short walk where you can have breakfast, a light lunch or dinner. If you prefer international cuisine, there are a number of options - Italian, Indian, Greek and the like. Seafood is of course the highlight of any visit to Da Nang and good places with reasonable prices abound. We can heartily recommend the Pullman!

Staff are very helpful, informative and professional. They provided excellent customer service from our arrival time until our early departure in the morning. They nicely packed our breakfast to take away to the airport because we checked out early for our flight. I highly reccomend the hotel and their service to others. Location was excellent kinda disappointed we booked an ocean view room but got an garden view without any notice but we were too tired to change rooms but other than that staff was extremely helpful, breakfast was good. The resort was kinda in the middle of all the places we wanted to see in Da nang, hoi an so location was perfect.

Beautiful room and view. The beach is to die for. Hotel staffs are professional and very quick in responding to my requests and complaints. However, I'm not particularly happy about sound-proofing between rooms as I can hear the guest next door snoring, watching TV and what not. I could also hear people walking on the corridor from the room. Expected better in 5 star hotel.

Our fridge was super grossed. There were stain inside the fridge. Pullman staffs were friendly and helpful. They accommodated our request which was greatly appreciated. Only 1 restaurant available in the evening. Choices were limited.

Complete your experience at the Pullman”
Hotel is just luxurious. Clean, spacious and the probably has one of the best bed I have slept on for a long while. Spoilt with the pillows given. Had a superb well rested weekend stay at the Pullman. Breakfast was sumptuous and the beach front area in front of the hotel has just the perfect gorgeous view of the Danang beach during sunrise and sunset. Definitely will be back staying at the Pullman, the next time i head back to Danang.

Another wonderful visit”
This is our 2nd visit and we weren’t disappointed. 15 mins taxi ride from the airport, 30 mins to Hoi An, stunning beachfront location, excellent dining (we don’t usually eat in the hotels) . My husband and I have travelled extensively around Asia, the reason we went back to the Pullman is because of the staff. Everyone we met were friendly,attentive and genuine. If you are visiting Da Nang you will not be disappointed staying at the Pullman.
