disappointing and dangerous handeling of poweroutage ”
Place is great and staff is great. but we had a poweroutage, and during the 2 hrs we heard nothing from the staff, no flashlight, so no way to find the toilet or the office. without the risk of falling 15m down from different edges, But there was generator power on the other side of the lodge, So the bar could keep selling drinks. The least they could have done was to go to the rooms with flashlights, water and information. next day it was like it never happened, Power outage can happen but it is the way you keep your guests safe that counts, here no one cared

Great location but underwhelming facilities”
They are not keeping this place up and it feels tired. The electricity in the rooms does not work properly and all of the furnishings are old and uncomfortable. You're better off going to Sapa.

Great Views all over the place ”
We had a wonderful stay and the manager with all staff are so super helpful which makes it even easier to stay . The staff is 24/7 there for you with whatever you need. Going around is also quiet easy with lots to see and explore . If there is something to complain that only right now the hotel is under renovation which happens everywhere , but the chainsaw started at 6:30am , so we needed no alarm clock together up early ! That could have been handled a bit better . Anyhow I fully recommend this resort , it will bring you nice memories if you stay short or long

Beautiful but area developing quickly”
Lovely staff although having to book through the Hanoi office made it unnecessarily complicated. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, beautiful rooms and views. Good menu. Various pets which entertained our 18 month old but no fence at the restaurant or pool bar with a drop below. Karaoke and building work nearby was a shame.

닌빈에서 2시간 반, 하노이에서 3시간반~4시간거리에 있는 푸롱국립공원이 엄청 매력적이네요! 사파 같기도 하고 하고 무깡차이 같기도 합니다. 다랭이논 풍경도 좋은데 가격은 훨씬 좋고 합리적이며 레스토랑, 바, 수영장 등의 시설도 훌륭해요! 현지분들에게도 인기좋은 리조트입니다~ 베트남에서 제일 좋아하는 곳이 될 것 같아요^^

Phục vụ chưa tận tình”
Gọi dịch vụ ngâm chân thảo dược, khách sạn cho chọn tại nhà hàng hoặc tại phòng, khi nhân viên đưa bồn ngâm xuống phòng thì vội vàng bỏ đi luôn, không thèm châm nước nóng vào bồn dù đã hỏi, báo hại khách phải bưng bê khổ sở lấy nước nóng cho gần 10 cái bồn ngâm từ bồn rửa mặt. Tiện nghi phòng thì cũng ok, điều hoà bật kêu rất to, cách âm giữa 2 phòng sát nhau gần như bằng 0. Ăn uống không có gì đặc sắc, món vịt cổ lũng tưởng là ngon nhất nhưng cũng bình thường, được cái nướng mềm. Trời mưa và sương mù nhiều nên chụp ảnh cũng hơi khó khăn, không đi chơi bản được. Vui chơi thì gần như không có gì. Nếu đi xác định lên ở thay đổi không khí với thời tiết đẹp thì có thể có ảnh đẹp thôi.

Ưu điểm: Vị trí đẹp, phòng ở có view xuống bản và gần bể bơi, trang bị đủ dùng theo tiêu chuẩn 3*. Nhà hàng có menu phong phú, bữa sáng chấp nhận được. Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình, chu đáo và dễ thương. Khuyết điểm: Nhiều muỗi, nên nhắc khách mang thuốc đuổi muỗi hoặc cùng cấp luôn tại phòng. Các chi tiết nhỏ trong phòng như góc cửa sổ cần vệ sinh sạch sẽ hơn.
