Nice Time ”
We stayed at purple Lotus Hotel for 3 Days. We booked a Double room for use, this one was very clean and large enough for two adults and 2 small Kids. The staff at the Hotel was Quuite nice. The room and interior was new and very clean. We Enjoyed to stay there. The breakfast was also pretty well, there was every Thing we Need. Fruits , Joghurt, pho and also eggs and cake was there. The only Thing which was bed, at 7:30 am they were Starting to work with machines which was very loud.

I have booked this hotel twice. The first time I stayed here, I was surprised of the room is so large. It is actually is a suit with a living room of the full stove and microwave, that you can cook and head food, and a sleeping room is separated. The second time I stayed here a room was smaller but still good for 2 people living. The hotel provide everything you need it from hair dryer, iron, kettle, and very clean. breakfast if good and service is very friendly.

Best place to stay in Hai duong ”
Hotel room is clean and cozy,comfortable,location is good. Staff are polite, friendly and professional. Breakfast is nice enough. Specially the last day i went to breakfast at 9:38am someone told me that the buffet closed during the breafast must be finish at 10 am.But Tam ( salesman) still let me to having my breakfast and She very thoughtful concerned about my health having flu to offered me eat porriged and duck noodle. She is my highlight on this trip. Her way of working is very flexible, professional and intelligent.Anyways, Purple lotus is very value for money and recommend anyone to stay tho.

Best hotel in Hai Duong to this point. I love the fact that their restaurant does not use MSG in cooking (I'm allergic to MSG - which in fact is used a lot in Northern Vietnam). The food was good, morning buffet would be changed daily. The owner was very nice. The staff is lovely. I always stay here every time I'm in town. Though the room soundproof is not to my expectation but I'm satisfied during my stay.

We stayed at Purple Lotus hotel for 4 nights because we had business to do in Hai Duong. Megan was so great in sorting out the rooms and the changes in our booking. They were happy to assist with everything. The hotel is clean, has a very basic fitness room and 1 in-house restaurant. The fitness room gets really hot and they don’t leave the AC controller in the room so it was a bit of hassle waiting for them to turn it on and for the room to cool down. The restaurant has a limited menu but the food is fresh and tasty. The kitchen also looked very clean, and the staff very accommodating. Our cleaning lady was so lovely and she cleaned the room so well everyday. Overall if you’re in Hai Duong for business this hotel is highly recommended.

It's a nice, clean hotel at a good cost. Nothing flash, but I've stayed before, and am likely to stay again. The ever helpful and pleasant staff make the difference. Nice buffet breakfast.

Pti couac, à l'arrivée pas de navette pour quitter l'aéroport Obligée de payer + parce que je suis arrivée trop tôt Surprise de trouver un préservatif usagé sous le lit ... Autrement l'accueil à la réception est professionnel, les équipements de la chambre très bien (lit, frigo, salle de bain..), le petit déjeuner extra !

スタッフ, マネージメントの高さが感じられるホテル”
3日間滞在しました。 スタッフはハイズオンのホテルはどこもスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、対応も早いです。ここも同様です。 朝食はとてもいいし、仕事をする立場では6時から食事は助かります。また、時間通りに朝食の準備ができないホテルが多い中、ここはしっかり準備してくれます。 たまたまバレンタインデーに滞在し、スタッフからの、とても素敵なチョコレートのプレゼントもありました。
