I got everything I need such as a shuttle van to SCV. The staff very helpful, dedicated and friendly. They guide me how to go to penampang and get me shuttle. The hotel near to Kuching Waterfront and restaurant. They clean my room and I satisfied with all the facilities. Very recommended. Will come again if I come to Kuching. Thanks

Clean new place”
New place, clean and nice room. the lobby is a little confusing because after you dropped off from car at the entrance you will need to walk upstairs, and there is this one counter at the drop off level which i thought is the check in concierge. food was good and we enjoyed the live jazz performance at the bar, not many people there so it really comfy and nice.

Centrally located”
The Puteri Wing is the older wing of the hotel and the rooms, I dare say, need refurbishment. After all, who needs a bath tub in the toilets nowadays? It's also kinda dangerous to climb in and out of the tub, especially when its wet. But everything works well and the facilities are good. Location was superb, the Kuching Waterfront was just across the road, and it was easy to grab a Grab. Finally, the staff were very polite.

A 1-Minute Decision”
Younger sister getting married here. Thought of crashing bridal suite to rest. Groom's family members already there. Felt like sardine can. Wife needs place to express milk. Turned to Agoda. Book a room on the spot. Went downstairs to the Lobby to pay. Gets a room. Got a great room. Now everyone else wants to come in to have shower. 5-Stars.

Location, location, location”
I was in Kuching for a 3D2N business trip. Everyone was very friendly and I definitely liked it here. Riverside Majestic Hotel is locates at the centerpoint of downtown Kuching. Short walking distance to various amenities. For example, there are 7-11 and Gloria Jeans Cafe right across the street. Cinema is available just next to the hotel, on the 4th floor. Lots of great and scrumptious local delights worth explore (day and night). Topspot Food Court serves cheap but fresh seafood, Kolo Mee and Sarawak Laksa are available within 2km radius. I definitely enjoy various night lights along the riverfront which has numerous spot (e.g. city mosque and Astana) where you can stop and soak it all in. Overall it was a pleasant trip in Kuching. Hotel staff were very efficient and amicable, they smile all the time and be ready to assist travellers always.

New Wing”
I never knew the new wing is physically separated from the old wing so you must tell the taxi where to go. But the bellboy carried my bag and brought me all the way to the new wing for check in on the first floor! New, nice place. Nice view of the river if you get a river facing room.

Exceptional Stay”
This hotel is wonderful! The room is very big and it looks exactly like the picture! The air conditioning is very powerful too although it's the old type of air conditioner! The only downside is how hard it is to switch on the lights. There's too many buttons so we were confused and most of them didn't work all too well. But the location is very strategic and the bed was extremely comfortable! Overall I had a wonderful stay! Thank you so much!

Our room was large and clean. The bathroom was nice with a good shower. There were only two t.v. stations with English language programs on them. The workout room is very nice. We frequently go to Kuching. We have tried many of the hotels there. For the money, this is the nicest. (ie, there are nicer hotels, but they cost a good bit more.)

Enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Our room had a fantastic view over the river. We stayed in the Astana building which is new. I would definitely recommend staying in this part of the hotel. The room was kept clean, the breakfasts very good with lots of choice and the staff friendly. The hotel is centrally located with plenty of shops and food halls nearby.

Strategic location and value for money”
The hotel is located in the center of Kuching city and the waterfront area. Next to the hotel is a mall called Riverside Shopping Complex. The hotel room looks a bit old but is fairly clean. Large and safe parking area. It's only a problem that the access card to the top floor was rather difficult when scanning in the elevator, it looks like the card was less sensitive. Very good service. Next time, I will come back. Thumbs up.

WORTH EVERY PENNY”
All staff are friendly & helpful. We stayed for 3 nights. They clean our room & gave new towels everyday. Room are spacious. View superb. The location is no doubt where you can easily walk around Kuching famous waterfront day and night. Easy to find food especially at night. Malls are surrounded. Wish to stay there again whenever come to Kuching.

Old but good hotel”
The Puteri Wing is the older part of River Majestic. Although a bit old, the room is great. Good location. We got the river view. Price is reasonable. Staff are all helpful and friendly.
