Where to begin? As we entered the PVL the and saw how clean and well taken care of everything was from the Glass, floors, stairs, elevator and front desk area we knew the room must be just as nice and we were not disappointed. The staff at check in were wonderful and greeted us kindly and helped take our luggage to the room. When we entered they turned everything on and made sure we were happy with the room. It was on the second floor overlooking the street which for us was nice watching all the activity outside. We toured the room and were to happy with the decor and size of the room. The water pressure was great and plenty of hot water. Cute little kitchen with mini fridge and kettle for coffee. There were 5 parking spots and once we parked we took a tricycle if we needed to go anywhere. Right outside the front door to the right is a 7-11 with food places across the street. If your looking for a very nice place to stay, this is it. Thank you PVL Suites

location is perfect just a few minutes from the airport & sea port. Its easy to locate and vicinity is safe to walk around. The room is cozy, tastefully done & very clean. Jasmin at the front desk is also very accommodating and helpful. If i have thhe chance to go to dumaguete again id definitely stay here for sure.

Once you enter the lobby of PVL Suites, you'll instantly smell a pleasant scent. The staff are friendly. They were delightful and eager to help. Just be aware that they will demand 1,000 pesos, but it's refundable if you don't lose or damage the hotel's belongings. I love the interior of the room. They're very detailed. The lighting is also great for people who love taking photos and videos. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

Location was near everything. I had extended my stay unexpectedly for two days bc of emergencies but they were very accommodating. Facilities are okay. The rooms and furniture are modern. Although my room was beside the road so I heard annoying bg noises all the time, but for the price def better than other hotels nearby with the same price range

Nice staff, clean & well sized rooms. But the noise from the streets (cars, motorcycles, people shouting) can be heard inside our 3rd floor room which is bothersome for light sleepers.

The cleanliness the design is superb.My only concern staying at room 305 the toilet floor the water from the shower is so slow to move down.A bit pricey for 3k plus but the coziness is what u are paying for.Pillow could be improved.

great hotel. very clean and modern room. the 711 downstairs is very handy because you can buy your coffee and snacks for bfast there. only down side is the area is noisy but still worth the stay.

Clean, Well-maintained Hotel”
As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a great scent that went even in corridors. The rooms were sparkling clean, the staff were super accommodating, aircon and ref are working well. The restrooms were provided with basic amenities, and there was even a sink outside where we can wash our clothes after a swim from apo island. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the city center that we had to hail tricycle everytime we had to go to the boulevard.

Nice but noisy”
The hotel is new, clean, modern and comfortable. The room was very nice but a little small. The wifi was great. However noise from the street traffic and the 7-11 store on the ground floor never let up.
