Clean and comfy”
The room we got is a family room good for 4 adults, it’s clean and have a nice bed to sleep. It’s worth the money you paid for if you looking for a place to sleep and go. Though the free breakfast was not good but enough to have something for your hungry stomach. The room doesn’t have smell and I guess it’s newly painted. Nice stay, I think we can go back if we are again going to Orlando to visit universal studios.

I would like to give this place 5 stars but they should have some sort of security, the people next door was sitting outside until 5:30 in the morning both days I was there getting loud & no one from the hotel put an end to it, also people sitting in the parking lot all night, where is the security? other than that room was spotless & comfy.

Room is great, Disappointing Breakfast - expired items!, The Hotel is in the middle of remodeling. Would come again but it seriously needs to fix the breakfast situation! FRESH COFFEE AND CREAMERS is all I'm asking for!

I would not recommend this hotel”
I had booked this hotel one month before. While I was booking at that it was not mentioned any where whether you want room with or without amenities like microwave,freeze. When they gave us room it did not have microwave and freeze. When I asked them why there were no freeze and microwave in my room. They told you did not book room with this kind of amenities. I was surprised to hear that. This was first time I heard. It was very very unconvincing for us. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends. Specially when you are travelling with children.

Not So Good”
Initially the staff gave a room key and when i opened the room, there was some stuffs in the room and not cleaned. Then i noticed it is a room where someone is already residing. Not sure how the system didn't show up that room is already occupied. Then we got another room where there was no carpet on the floor. Also the floor was not so clean. The door had a small hole from which small insects were entering the room. With small kids i felt this is not the right place for the next time.

MISREPRESENTATION AND INACCURATE OF PROPERTY DESCRIPTION”
I called up 2x the property to make sure our reservation its our specific needs (we were 2 females and 4 males mostly single ) due to the lack of pictures in their website. The website described this as 2-bedroom deluxe for 6 adults. What we saw in their website was not what we were looking for so we called them up to verify. By phone, we explained we needed 2 separate rooms for privacy with a living room, sofa bed and kitchen with bigger than hotel size ref and we can cook. By our phone conversation, they misrepresented the actual rooms description and made it appear that they meet our need. However, when we checked in, we realized that it was a scam. We were surprised to see only what we saw in the website, 2 regular (small) hotel room with 2 queen beds each. Our luggage would not even fit. They still charged us even if we said we cannot use their rooms.--THIS IS DEFINITELY A SCAM AND WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

Excelente estancia. Lo único malo es que a veces la gente fuma al frente de su habitación y a pesar de ser al aire libre es molesto. Se supone que era zona de no fumadores. Las personas en la recepción podrían ser más amables. Desayuno OK.

Todo super bien, aunque el hotel luce un poco viejo la habitacion es amplia y comoda, el staff muy servicial y la limpieza del hotel perfecta. si vas a orlando para ir a los parques tematicos la ubicacion del hotel es inmejorable. Tiene parqueadero gratis. Lo recomiendo.
