The rooms were very clean and every morning the staff was cleaning the outside of the property... wiping down doors and windows, mopping hallways, sweeping the pool area. It was very clean. The pool was a great size and the water temp was perfect. The beds were very comfy and the rooms were adequate size. The breakfast was great also! There is only 1 shuttle to Universal at 7:35am and the return shuttle was at 6:55pm. If you want to stay for the later things... parade or fireworks or water show, you need to either drive or Uber back to the room. The location was great! Right off International Drive and right across from several restaurants within walking distance and also a short walk from the CityWalk.

Comfortable & perfectly located”
I selected Quality Inn at International Drive as it was close to Universal Studios, my main park I had planned to spend most my time at. The staff were very friendly, approachable, and helpful. My room was very spacious, clean and the curtain were excellent and blocked out the sun for the late night spent at Universal. The pool and hot tub were always clean and the complimentary breakfast was satisfactory. You're located near some great restaurants and other attractions. Highly recommended!

Not a bad place. Nice pool and hot tub. No free breakfast, though. Nearby in walking distance is the Orlando Starflyer and The Wheel at Icon Park. Many restaurants in the area to eat at.

Beautiful pool, that should be warm to be year-round. There’s a nice hot tub, but small. The breakfast is ridiculous, and the area is small beeing always crowded. The room service is confused. The hotel could be really good with a little bit more care. Good parking lot.

The supervisor on recepción was pretty rude from the beginning and very sarcastic, from the first day I cane in I told him I had a bendy and he said he was going to put me in a room next to the party pool I had to be serious and told him that couldn’t happen nevar I need my baby to sleep even though I said that he said “well u will actually be next to the speakers” I said no way, after a while he put me in another room but he was very rude! Then another time I cane to ask for an extra key and he was even worse! I really hated there, not to mention the breakfast was salty eggs, old bread and patty sausage that look like dog food!! Awful. Really disappointed!!!!!! Wold love to have my money back!!!!!

3 rooms all with issues”
My sons room had visible stains on comforter, couch and walls. Look like someone had crazy sex all over their room leaving bodily fluid on all the above items. They are traveling with young children, keeping shoes on and being careful not to set on the couch, the sheets looked to be clean so they set on the beds after removing the decorative bud cover. Then god knows what was on the wall in bathroom, my daughter referred to it as a poop stain put there by a finger (maybe)…. Then we get to our room after being lectured by the staff of the $50 holding fee on our card for the event of us smoking in the rooms, we are non smokers so no issues with us doing this.
