The rooms are just that four walls and a roof. The management is extremely rude inpatient and very condescending. They are not big on being helpful or warm. The amenities are very limited I was surprised that the hotel had hot water. If you want to stay in a place where the term heathen is a good thing choose this spot otherwise spend the couple extra dollars and head up the road.

I truly enjoy my stay hotel was pet friendly for my dog i just didn't know that there was a fee for my dog to stay that should have been in the policy before i arrived at the hotel other wise i did enjuo my stay Thank You will visit that hotel again. Thank You a Very Please Guest.

WORST DISCRIMINATION EVER”
If I could give 0 star I WOULD!! We stayed there for 4 days this week, place is barely ok, BED SQUEAKY AND AWFUL, pool not heated as stated, grounds ok, cleaning ppl nice but look very rough, run down place BUT needed to stay another day, with OUR SERVICE DOGS, and although there were rooms available on line and was told I could extend the stay a day , was LATER called and told there was NO PET ROOMS. I explained I could of just booked a double room online like I asked, and still been denied??!!! There is no option to pick a pet friendly room SO BEWARE IF YOU BOOK A ROOM AND HAVE A DOG, they don't even care that it's a service dog THIS UNFRIENDLY PET HOTEL does NOT CARE and may not accommodate!! We had to rush and pack up our room in an hour!!! Very stressful!! Legally ANY HOTEL must take our service animals so they don't know the laws or CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! The general manager Ben was called who has no clue the laws or customer service! Stay at a Hampton!
