            Staff was great getting me in the hotel after the agency messed up on my virtual card and made ME wait 2 hours after checkout. No breakfast, pool was under construction and tv and it gets loud. But the room was clean and the ac was cold. To go sleep a night it's okay.

            Room was unlocked when I got there. The lamp didn't have a shade or light bulb so I had to turn on my phone light to see around the room. No TV in room upon arrival and front desk person said they maybe could get one in my room the next day. No offer to change rooms to one with a TV.

            Roaches all over the room. I stayed for 4 days and the staff only checked on me once. Me and my family are extremely allergic to roach dust. I asked for refond and they told me to leave property or have the authorities called. There was people hanging outside and Im pretty sure people are living there.
