Worth it!”
Our stay was perfect! The staff at Queen Kapi’olani were very hospitable, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is very accessible, clean, and beautiful! The Deck is a nice restaurant and the ambiance is wonderful. The price is really worth it for the service. If I ever go back to O’ahu, I’m definitely staying at this hotel again.

This truly was one of my favorite hotels ever! We did the free lei making class in the lobby, which was so informative and fun! The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice. The coffee shop in the lobby was a huge plus!

Nice location, very clean room”
We travelled to the hotel with our 21 month toddler, the room was very clean, and they clean it every day, the location is awesome and very close to Waikiki beach, they have a very nice pool with Dimond Head view which our toddler loved it. It was not noisy during night times, but we requested a room which is not noisy and the noise was very little, I've hear other places are very noisy

The Queen Rules Again!”
Our greeting from the hotel was wonderful. Kind and friendly staff. The hotel is beautiful. The room is small but comfortable with everything we need. Everything looks brand new. The complimentary Aloha Drink when we arrived was delicious and most appreciated after a long airplane trip. Thank you!

Perfect for our needs!”
Not right in the middle of action on Waikiki beach but just the right distance (super short walk). It was nice to have a quieter hotel with amazing view of Diamond Head, and yet be able to walk to beach, restaurants, shops, etc. I’d stay here again! Only complaint is the cost of food/drinks at their hotel restaurant (Deck).

A wonderful stay but..”
I stayed at this hotel with my mom and sister we got a room with 2 queen beds and a city balcony view. The location was perfect we were right next to the Waikiki strip and across the Honolulu zoo. One of the downsides however, we had a rental car so parking is a bit too expensive especially since we were staying for a week I believe it was about $40 for parking at the hotel but the Honolulu zoo offers parking for a waaaaay cheaper price and there’s street parking all right across the hotel. We did Honolulu zoo parking in the morning and street parking overnight. The staff was friendly and helpful! They have plenty of resources for your stay as well like if you need to heat up water they’ll send a water kettle to your room, something I needed and they provided. The only negative thing I had to say was the room looked a lot more spacious online. It was a lot smaller than expected however not too small where it’s uncomfortable but just smaller than expected. Overall I still think this is a great place to stay, the lively decorations definitely set the vacation mood, I would stay here again.

Great for the budget and clean!”
We were a honeymooning couple and decided to save money on accommodation and spend on shopping and food. It was a decision well made. Whilst not a 5 star resort, we stayed at one of the higher-end rooms (sadly the Suites were all booked out) at the Queen Kap. For a longer trip, the extra room and gorgeous view was worth it. Cleaning service was great and it was so nice to come back each day to a freshly made bed and clean towels. While the hotel is situated on the quieter end of Waikiki, you still need to deal with noise from the zoo across the road, traffic and also planes overhead. That comes with staying in Waikiki and not a more remote resort, so if you are a light sleeper then you might want to look around at different parts of the island. We had a great time in Oahu and the hotel was a big part of that experience ^^

Post Peak Covid and Pre-Inflation was great value. Last check, price has gone way up. Will go again on a great deal. Otherwise, great hotel. New renovations make this accommodation very competitive in the area.

This place was perfect! The location is the best in my opinion. It’s at the end of Waikiki and next to a public parking lot next to the Zoo and park. I definitely will stay here again for the price, the hotel property and the location. All around 10.

Friendly Staff and housekeeping”
Everyone was super nice, hotel was clean, housekeeping was very friendly. Restaurant Deck was delicious. Views of diamond are beautiful from the pool deck and restaurant. Would recommend this hotel. Parking was pricey but we parked at a parking structure near by and the zoo across the street.
