The best hotel in Da Nang ”
This is the best hotel in Da Nang. The staff was extremely nice, Lily and Sunny are especially, but the others also. They upgraded our room for a bigger one, because we stayed one week. This was very nice of them. ☺️ We had room cleaning everyday, and everything was good with it. The cleaning ladies are very nice. We were really satisfied.The smell of a towels like home ☺️ The room was clean and big. We had nice city view and a small balcony. The hotel has a rooftop bar with a pool from where you can see the city and sea too. I liked it a lot. ☺️ they have nice juices there 😋 The breakfast was always fresh and delicious. You can find some cold cuts, cooked foods, fresh fruits and freshly made omlette or fried eggs. The sea is just few minutes walk.Also there are some restaurants and shops around. Best bang for your buck”
This hotel is an absolute gem! The rooftop pool is amazing, and had the best sunset views. Rooms were clean and staff were SO, SO accommodating - Mary especially went out of her way to help us book trips and feel welcome. Only disappointment is that we tried to stay an extra night and they were full, but they still let us store our luggage and use all the facilities (pool, washrooms, etc) all day until we were ready to leave. I can't get over how nice this place was for the price - I would 100% recommend!

Was greeted with a warm welcome and big smile, by Mary at the front desk. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant and comfortable. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with good service. The roof top pool is good and the roof top bar is not bad at all either. I highly recommend staying here. This is my go to hotel when I stay in Da Nang.

We have booked two superior room and one family room.The hotel surprised us by free upgrading one of room to suite room upon our arrival. The breakfast by hotel is tasty with a lot of choices of food. The receptionist is very helpful and friendly. The rooftop pool view is superb. The only room for improvement is the sound proofing of the room need to improve. After we feedback that the room is too noisy as it is in front of the lift and the noises from outside construction, the receptionist responded very quickly to change room for us and even free upgrading us to deluxe room. Overall, the hotel is very good and highly recommended for traveler to stay this hotel.

This hotel is very nice of the service, Staff are very helpful, specialy Sunny!! She are so sunny same as her name haha, I arrived there a bit early, I cant check in but there are allowed me to left my bag there for awhile, room is nice , small but good for this price 550 thb include buffet breakfast, I stayed for 3 nights because I really enjoy it, they have a sky bar at the rooftop, you can also order food to your room, they have a lot of food for breakfast for you to should and at my stayed they have been change some menu everyday too, it good for me to have different kind of food. I would stay there again if I going back to Danang. Thanks to you all.

The hotel area's very close to the beach. The sky pool's so clean and the view's incredible good. The staffs are really nice, supportive and friendly especially Mary, Sunny as front officers and Mick as bellman. They're all never hesitate to give us a hand. My Favorite of Six Hotels in Danang”
During a month in Danang, I tried six different hotels, between $10 and $26. Queen’s Finger was at the expensive end but is the only one I returned to for another stay. They deliver on what you would expect from the photos and descriptions online. No disappointments. I received charming welcomes and friendly, competent service from fluent English speakers Lily and Mary. In any hotel, having staff who are capable and approachable makes a big difference. My room was spacious, clean and well-maintained. Comfortable bed. No noise from other guests or outside the hotel. The breakfast is good, including exotic fruits. A chef prepares eggs to your liking. The WiFi was fast but a non-secure, open connection. The roof pool and view are impressive. There is no fitness center but the beach is only a 5-minute walk. Good location, lots of bars and restaurants, and a 24-hour convenience store opposite. A well-managed hotel with a good attitude. If the price seems right, go for it.

Nice hotel, just checked in today, my daughter has been wanting to play beach volleyball for days and when we asked the front desk where we could purchase a volleyball they went out of their way making phone calls and looking online and found us one to purchase just a few blocks away which was greatly appreciated and put a huge smile on my daughters face . All around amazing service, breakfast was fresh and delicious with lots to choose from including eggs/omelettes and pancakes made to order, fresh fruit, cereal, Asian cuisine, tea and coffee. All staff extremely helpful and speak english. Thank you !!

Great hotel in a perfect location”
We stayed here twice (5 nights and 3 nights) on our recent trip to Vietnam. The best part of our stay was the staff: very friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. The buffet breakfast is pretty decent, with a nice mix of Western and Eastern food. The rooftop pool is a convenient way of cooling off during those scorching hot Vietnam days, and the ocean is less than a 10-minute walk. Nearby, there are dozens of bars and restaurants (we recommend the bar, Dirty Fingers).

The room was clean, and the shower was a rain shower head where it comes down from straight above you which was excellent. We spent the entire day at the pool. So lovely, great sunset, and super kind service (especially Zelda). Thank you!

Incredible service and superb accommodation”
Everything about this hotel was top notch! Billed as 3 Stars (***) but felt much better than that. All the staff are exceptionally helpful - worthy of note was our first impression when greeted and checked-in by Amy on reception. Her English language skills are awesome, and she provided us with a full breakdown of the hotel facilities, meal-times and pool hours. We were upgraded to a suite and offered free transfer to the airport when we checked-out. The restaurant is clean and well-managed - breakfast was brilliant The 'Infinity' Rooftop Pool is chilled and relaxed - only small, but not crowded. We spent a very enjoyable week staying at this lovely hotel, and would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling to Da Nang!

Excellent service by staff”
We arrived to the hotel at 9am and asked were checked in early with a very small fee to pay (great cause we could get refreshed before our day trip). We were hungry and due to TET nothing was open. Breakfast was going to cost 100k vnd so we declined. Got into room and restaurant called our room and asked if we wanted some eggs on toast for free!!! What lovely staff and will definitely come back to this hotel next time

We had a fantastic time in Da Nang and this was partly due to the hotel and it's staff. The Queen's finger is a great place to choose and has everything you need to enjoy your time in Vietnam. The pool especially was amazing and the bartender did everything possible to make us enjoy our vacation. Breakfast was good and the staff (especially Mary) was always welcoming with a smile. As cliché as it sounds, home is not a place, it’s a feeling and the staff at Queen’s Finger definitely stays true to this quote. The service provided was extraordinary, in which they were accommodating such as helping us with our dietary needs during the breakfast buffet as some of us are pescatarian. Not only that, when we had problems with Grab, they helped us through the process by even calling up the Grab service centre which we really appreciate. The staff that helped us throughout our stay were Sunny and Mary, who are so friendly and helpful!
